Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

Never come here. There's another Burger King 5 minutes away that are polite and respectful. This one is awful.

I had a question about payment methods, so I called about 5 minutes before and their phone was disconnected! This is early afternoon on a Saturday. Already terrible management. So I call the burger king a few minutes away and they're extremely polite and told me all Burger Kings should accept my mobile Paypal payment method.

I arrive to this one, the lady was so rude. It's honestly insane there are any positive reviews at all of this place. I kindly asked if I could use Paypal to pay. She points to the payment machine and asked what it says. So condescending! So I go to the same burger king I called, and turns out the cashier has to go in the register to mobile payment methods and do it from there. She doesn't know what she's doing and was too lazy to go in the register to payment methods and wasted my time and was sarcastic and rude. No one should ever go here so they can hire polite management that treat their customers with respect. Seriously, go to the one a few minutes away near Orem, those people...

Me and the wife were running late and just wanted something quick after Bible study so we decided to stop in or drive thru and get a bite to eat and scurry on home so we did wife orders whopper jr and I impossible whopper so get our food and we decided by the time we get home the food would be cold and disgusting so we ate in the parking lot so she digs in and her wrapper is soaked and greasy,cold and shifted so I takes a look at mine and mine isn't fresh either nor is it hot so we return to burger King and ask for a fresh order so the young lady takes it back and tells the older lady to prepare 2 fresh ones and the lady gets an attitude and throws the Patty's on the grill and mumbling in Spanish so I really don't like restaurants mixed in with gas stations but all places aren't ran the same that is our hungry late night...

Black People don't come up in here , they are so racist and hateful in this store. Please be warned this is coming from a person that has lived in this community for over thirty years . There customer service is terrible. I was having a medical emergency and needed a cup a water to take a med they was trying to charge me for it on my credit card. I literally was begging they told me to go down the street. They could care less. I'm calling corporate today. I honestly have never been treated so poorly in my life over twenty seven cents . I could've lost my life thank goodness some one seen stumbling out the store and helped me get water out of the gas station.
