Very rude. The intercom is not working so I'm sitting there for five mins before I just drive up to the window. They tell me that there is a sign that reads "Speaker Does Not Work Please Pull Up To Window." Howver there was no sign. She then tells me "Oh Well what do want anyways?" I ask if there is a Dark Peice Box. She says no anything else? Trying to rush me away. Then I say can I have this many dark peices. She then proceeds to yell at her manager can we do this, and says sure. And I say I'll have that. She says ok then its gunna be this much. I say no there is more to my order. She rolls her eyes and says fine what else. I say i need a order of this and this. She says ok. It will be 16 minutes. And to go park in front. I waited nearly 30 minutes before I got my order. Same girl who took my order pushes my order into my car practically hits me in the face with with it. Doesnt say sorry or even have a great night. Just walks away. It wasn't like they were short staffed. Just extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn't ask me if I wanted anything else, she just wanted to push me away. Read moreService was HORRIBLE ! While attempting to order food in the drive thru the drive thru employee kept interrupting me. In the background I could here yelling and loud talking in the restaurant. I couldnt understand why the young lady kept cutting me off but it was clear that she wasnt paying attention. After 3 attempts to convey my order she abruptly asks me to pull around. As I arrived to the window she walked over as if she was going to greet me and then turned around. ( at this point im super frustrated ) 5 minutes passed while I sat at the window and I still had not completed my order. Mind you, there were no other cars in line and only 2 Patrons in the restaurant. Completely disgusted I drove off and went to the Location on Main St. The Staff was very professional and attentive. I was in and out of the drive thru with an accurate and hot order within 5 minutes. The Willowbend employees that i encountered were just plain GHETTO which is truly disappointing. I will never return to that location again. Ownership/ Management needs to retrain those individuals on Professionalism. Read moreOn my way to work. I ordered 4 classic wings, red beans and rice, two biscuits and a large sweet tea and an extra large red beans. After I paid the said they didn’t have anymore wings. Instead, I got the garlic Parmesan wings. I got on the freeway immediately after leaving because it takes me a hour and half to get to work with the stand still traffic. Image I think I’m about to eat good sitting in traffic to open my container too some cold chicken. Even worse there wasn’t even enough sauce to cover two wings let alone twelve. My tea was horrible and bitter, it tastes like wood chips. The red beans and rice was watery. And I don’t have not one biscuit. It was all wrong. I was so upset sitting in traffic hungry.
