came home late from a long flight 03/23/24 & just wanted a simple beer. walked in & didn’t have anything i liked (no Live Oak, no hefeweizen, no blondes, NO MICHELOB ULTRA ON DRAFT OR BOTTLE OR CAN)! had to choose something that i wasn’t interested in. beer on draft for Buckle Bunny was $7 paid cash + $5tip ,, was getting late & just wanted a tito’s watermelon redbull before i head on out. where is the tito’s ? wish i knew. she turned around to make it & thought her putting it on the side to go to the other side to the fridge, she thought i wouldn’t see the sad under pouring amount. she proudly put it in front of me too & just poured all redbull. another bar that swindles & thinks their guest is “intoxicated” & not aware of anything of their surroundings & thinks its ok to try the skimpy game when its late for more $$. sad this bar is only minutes away from home. paid the ridiculous $8 for the mess. when i mentioned how uncomfortable the drink made me feel, she just laughed & expected payment with her hand out. paid the $8 + no tip. money has turned the industry so wicked. so bad had to switch out for a beer. sorry but no “free” shot can save me. it’s the little things that count. tonight i got nothing i asked for. probably just a horrible night. just sad to think every little woodrow’s i’ve been to haven’t disappointed. this is the first & last @ this...
Read moreGreat view of customers and outdoor porch (so many huge screen TV sets) from the bus stop. I could watch soccer game the best. Need to fix the speaker by the street because they were jammin' some Led Zeppelin and it wasn't really loud enough. The fans they have outdoors spray some mist, and it was a scorcher the day I was at the bus stop exposed to the hot, Texas sun, and, consequently when I was on the fence looking into their outdoor courtyard, it made for a nice respite area. Beautiful atmosphere. Looked like a great hangout to watch sports and invite your friends or club. There was a beautiful motorcycle parked near the porch that may have belonged to a patron or an employee. I didn't get the impression this was a biker bar, per se. The great thing about this place is the bus stop being out front, if you've had one too many, well, I guess you could maybe convince the bus driver to help you get home safely. I don't drink but I know it's not a good idea to try to drink and drive. Drink responsibly...this is the place to do it and chill on a...
Read moreLove this place! I have being coming here since Y2K years! It is one of those place that just won’t die out! The crowd is mostly college graduates and white collar educated and more open minded and welcoming to the LgBT crowd. There were a few jocks cracking jokes about my two gay friends kissing in public not realizing they were marines and but we didn’t think too much into it. I would definitely return to it.

great atmosphere especially after leaving Shillos on studewood! not a single person trying to sell us cocaine or bigoted white man like the previous bar. bartenders are professional and the drinks are great. extra parking in the street and a food trailer available in lot.
these folks obviously know what they are doing and it shows by the clientele! Our only regret was spending money at the...
