ThrIVe Drip Spa - Heights — Local services in Houston

It’s a lovely place and the staff were cute, but not the brightest crayons in the box. My appointment was seamless and I went to pay without issue.

An hour later, a person called to tell me that my payment didn’t go through on their end and asked that I pay a different way. I checked my bank and showed that it was pending. I told her I’d send that proof so they could rectify their accounts. She insisted that I pay them again.

When I slowed down to explain that their accounting isn’t my issue, and me paying twice isn’t an option, she kept repeating herself like I didn’t understand that HER ACCOUNTING IS NOT MY PROBLEM. She then said she’d have someone from management call me. Cool cool cool. No call from management.

Because Crayons are melty in Texas heat, I screenshot my proof and sent an email showing that the joke was on me the whole time. They’d overcharged ME by $40!

If they can’t get basic money right, I’m not feeling so confident about them getting fluids and injections right, either. I value my body so I’ll not give them another chance to prove me right or wrong. 😑 Still no call from management.

I recently visited ThrIVe for an IV drip, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Nicole and Lauren were incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit.

The facility itself is clean, modern, and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing and calming environment. The IV drip itself was expertly administered, and I felt the benefits almost immediately – increased energy, hydration, and overall wellness. The team took the time to explain the different options and helped me choose the perfect drip for my needs.

I highly recommend ThrIVe to anyone looking to boost their health and well-being. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Before coming here for the first time, I admit I was a little anxious and unsure of what exactly to expect from the experience, however I knew that deep down I really wanted to do it and had been comtemplating on it for too long not to at least try and so I went for it. Before I say anything further, I feel the need to highlight just how phenomenal my nurse ( Nichole) was. I’ve been around many nurses and doctors / people in the medical field and I have i have never come across a nurse that treated me with so much compassion, patience, and understanding. The clinic as a whole was great; from the high level of organization to timeliness as well as the service(s) in general. Will most definitely be back and hopefully at a time Nichole is there! Best. Nurse. Ever. Seriously....
