Dear Chris Kempczinski,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of service and product I received at the McDonald's located on Wirt Road in Houston. As a loyal customer, I was deeply disappointed by both the quantity and quality of the sundae I was served.
On my recent visit, the sundae I ordered was significantly below the cup's top line in terms of quantity. When I inquired about this issue, the General Manager, Melissa, informed me that the low quantity was due to a mistake by a new staff member. However, instead of addressing the problem or correcting it, she made it clear that she would not do anything to rectify the situation.
As you know, McDonald's slogan is "Great taste. Better price | More bite for your buck." Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that promise. It seems that not only has the sundae size diminished, but the quality of customer service has as well. While prices have increased, itโs disheartening to see a decline in the value offered.
I am concerned about the way the staff, including management, is being trained, as this situation demonstrates a lack of focus on customer satisfaction. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and look into improving both product consistency and customer service at this location.I'll forward you the pictures taken...
ย ย ย Read moreI couldnt believe the man and teen in the drive-thru windows and how repulsive they were being toward a homeless person. She had her own money, she wanted some coffee but he refused. he said "she's nasty" and that their manager said the same. I added her coffees to my order and he tried to turn me away too. People like him deserve a high five... In the face... With a chair. Then, when I finally paid, the little twerp at the 2nd order "forgot" a coffee......๐ค๐ก๐ And then called me a liar and said that he had put 2 coffees in the bag.... So I bought another one and then was forced to wait 18 minutes to receive it. When he handed it to me, I noticed it was only halfway full. But he was already gone. The handed me the coffee, slammed the window shut, and didn't even say thanks, bye... Not even a f you.... Just left the window. All because I bought coffee for a houseless lady. (which she actually paid for) which, btw, it isn't anyone's business who the coffee was for anyway ๐ ๐๐ The one on gessner is way better, and not just because they treat EVERY customer like a HUMAN BEING.... But because they're food is fresh and not sitting...
ย ย ย Read moreVery slow...and rude!!! Drive thru lady had no clue about their menu...then at the food window they advise me after 2 or 3 min waiting for the food that they had dumped the coffee...he suggested a refund...I agreed...then I see him go to the front with ice cup on his hand...back to the kitchen with little coffee in it...comes back to the window with a very diluted looking coffee and told me..." here's your coffee" and I asked him " I thought u said y'all had dumped it all out?" To what he responds well yeah I thought so but we have some...there's no way I was gonna drink that...as far as I know he spit in it...or filled it up with tap water...the drive thru lady is on her cellphone...then to who I assume is the manager is very loudly asking " so she wants a refund on this?" She could have approached me and try to see what was wrong...never communicated with me...then all of them look at each other like they're gonna find answers on their faces...then they go to the computer...by this time it's at least 10 min...on the drive thru ...so I just left...they act like there's no more options to take our business...
