Where do I start. From the security guard rudness before we stepped in to the establishment to the rude and dismissive attitude of the waiting staff. He was giving us a hard time. Charging 10 for self parking. The security guard cash app worked fine. Instead of paying $30.00 for parking. We decided park else where and came back in 1 car. All of a sudden the his app didn't work. I had cash $20.00 he didn't have change. We asked for the manager. He stated there wasnt a manager there. My friend had to call her friend that knew the owner 🙄 in order for him to act right. That's ridiculous. It's my little sister's birthday she was really looking forward to it. We finally get inside after all of that. Then encounter a rude waitress. I was like I'm ready to go. We asked us did we want mimosas. We responded yes what flavors do you have? She responded its on the menu. What menu the kiosk scans aren't working. She rolled her eyes walked off and came back with actual menu's. My little sister was so upset she started crying. We ordered our food. The presentation was great the food was okay. The waitress never came back to the table. We had to go to the bar for our tab. Smh. They a dj that changed my mood...

I pulled up and the first thing the guy said was hold on,one second, another car pulled in and they took their order before me when I was there first. When he came back to me I asked him why was that, but he said he couldn't hear me and to pull to the window. I asked him the same question again. He said it was a mix up, and then he asked me was that the reason I pulled up to the window? Very sarcastic. He also told me the other car order was quick so what was the issue, as in why am I even worrying why they skipped me. I asked him for his name he said does it matter? I asked him about 3 times he kept saying the same thing and then closed the window and locked it in my face while I was talking. I pulled around got out the car and asked one of his co-workers for his name they didn't know it. So the rude guy said his name was Jacob. I didn't believe him so I asked Richard the manager and he said this guy name was actually Clearance! Somebody need to re-train these people on customer service. A simple I apologize, What can I get you? That situation could have been settled, but Clearance decided to be rude instead....
Read moreThese people are racist! They were very rude and wouldn’t give me a refill for my drink, they gave me the nastiest attitude since I walked in. You have to be black to get attended well here. This lady in front of me gave her smoothie to her friend, came back inside and said she dropped it. But my husband and i saw everything and didn’t want to say anything about her lying. They didn’t question her at all they just said ok and made her a new one. They were very nice to her and yes she was black. But when my husband went up to ask for a refill politely, the child at the register proceeded to give attitude and said “ NO (very loudly) I’m not giving you no refill” then he walked off to go stand elsewhere. So if you’re not black don’t come here. They will mistreat you and talk to you like you’re incompetent. I’m mixed but my husband isn’t and it’s upsetting how they treated us, worst part is it was in front of our children. McDonald’s needs to hire ADULTS that will act...
