If I could I give this place zero stars I would. The person at the box was nice by letting us know they were only taking cash or mobile orders. That’s fine, we were just hungry and wanting something fast. Our food was given to us fast, but the service itself was slow. We placed two mobile orders and when we got to the window the person asked us what our orders were. I gave them our order numbers and they repeated themselves asking for our orders. I began to say my order number and then started to tell them what was in my order when I was rudely interrupted by the worker who said “what was the FOOD in your order?” which I went on to continue my sentence because I was actively giving them my food order. I got my bag but my friend in the passenger seat was still waiting for her food. I had to tell them again we were waiting for another bag and they shoved a soda in my face. My friend did not get a soda. I said “We didn’t order a drink” and they said “Just take it” with an attitude. We did not want the drink or have space in the car because we already had drinks. My friend then checked her bag to make sure her order was right since we were given a drink that clearly wasn’t ours. She was missing her sauce and so I let the worker know and they said it was in the bag. We checked again—no sauce. I told the worker again that there was no sauce and they said “it’s at the bottom of the bag”. Took everything out and there was no sauce. I told the worker AGAIN that there was no sauce in the bag. The worker proceeded to smirk and say it would cost 25 cents. We said we weren’t paying for it so they handed me a sauce (the wrong one) and were going to tell them more stuff was missing and they proceeded to slam the window in our face. We ended up throwing the soda away because we did not want it and who knows what they did to it, and my friends food was cold. At the end of the day, if management doesn’t manage their crew correctly then issues will continue to happen. By the looks of past and recent reviews this seems to be a trend in employee behavior that won’t get fixed any time soon. As someone with customer service experience I know that it can be gruesome, but it does not excuse poor behavior from an employee to a customer. Step up management...

They CONSISTENTLY have terrible service and are the slowest drive through and workers to exist. I’ve actually never had a good or fast experience at this location and I’ve gone quite a few times but today pushed my limits. This is literally fast food, no reason for me to be this upset & that just goes to show how much this McDonald’s and their workers actually suck and don’t care about their job or customers. Today, April 6 around 11:30pm I was stuck in the drive through with only three cars ahead of me for thirty minutes. In top of my entire wait, the guy at the last window decided to have a full blown conversation with the female in front of me in line. Chatting for MINUTES after I have already been in line for half an hour. Mind you he made eye contact with me and the cars behind me multiple times and had no shame. The second we pulled up to the window, the workers were gone. When they were just talking to this lady and holding up the line. Not to mention they forgot my fries and sauce. Every single time 10/10 times I have gone to this location they mess up my meal. Without fail one thing I know they are consistent on is messing up someone’s order and experience at this establishment. Read moreSo I went through the drive-thru today which I do a few times a week. I ordered a large sweet tea, small mocha frappe, and $3 bundle double cheeseburger no pickles with a small fry. So I get to the first window and the lady repeats my order and asked if I needed a receipt, I said no as I always do. I get the the next window grab my food and check my order once out of the line because it was backed up. I noticed my fries weren’t in the bag. So I park and go inside and the short Hispanic manager grabs the bag and said you only ordered a burger. I said I ordered the bundle. By this time she is digging in the bag taking the burger out without washing her hands after just handling money. She asked for the receipt and I told her I told the lady I didn’t need it but you can pull up what I ordered. So by the this time she is still arguing with me like I’m trying to steal fries, and I’m agitated because she went into the bag handling my food. I tell her keep it just give me my money back, I’ve already been inconvenienced. And she is still trying to argue. So a nice man came from the back and said he would take care of it and fix my food fresh. He was nice and very calm. I think his name was Darrel, a tall black man. That is how you treat people not how she acted over a small fry.
