The manager Janelle seems to always be short staffed, and I saw why. EVERYTIME we visit that place, she’s chastising someone, or she is telling an employee what they did wrong. I, along with a co-worker, visit this location often. The morning staff is pleasant as always, but that EVENING staff when Janelle is there...the atmosphere is totally different. We were there when she threatened to send an employee home for three days if he didn’t comply to whatever she was fussing at him for...(in front of customers). We visited yesterday and I ordered a Ranch salad. The day prior, I ordered a Ranch salad and Janelle charged me for an extra ranch dressing...76 cents...no big deal. Went back the following day and ordered the same salad, and the very pleasant employee GAVE me a complimentary ranch dressing. I predicted to my co-worker that this Janelle woman would chew the employee out for offering me a complimentary dressing. She didn’t disappoint. When my order came up, first thing she did was ask the young man if he took my order, he said no. When she found who DID take my, she chastised the young lady for not charging me the extra dressing charge. WAS IT REALLY THAT SERIOUS? What happened to complimentary, HELL,what happened to simple Customer Service? She caused me to not be in the mood for salad today. I don’t like going in there when she is there. Her customer service skills suck!! I feel sorry for anyone who’s on shift with her. She needs to be dealt with, Corporate wise! A lot of customers will go elsewhere if she doesn’t...
Read moreI ordered 3 meals for lunch through drive thru got the drinks and had to wait at the pick up area for my order to be delivered. The lady who brought the order came once with someone else' order which was understandable. However, when she finally brought my order, i got interrogated in spanish . I told her i do not understand spanish nor what she was saying. She continued in spanish and i had to go to the restaurant with her to find who could interprete what she was saying. Inside the restaurant, after encountering 4 more staff speaking same spanish to me including the lady with the headphones who must have taken my order in english during the drive thru order. I wondered if no one spoke English and could tell me what the lady who wanted to deliver my order was talking about. A lady finally came round to apologise in english language and ask me what the problem was. My order was taken back and i was later told in english to go back to my car and get my receipt after 20 mins of ordering. I sought a refund after giving back my receipt as i had lost appetite due to the stress , I did not understand why my order had to go through such process. I had to wait 8 mins for refund as employees argued over who was to effect the refund which i got with no apologies for the bad service I...
Read moreWas very disappointed in my service here this morning. A delivery truck was blocking one lane of the drive thru, so only one lane was open at the time which had a very long line. Because of this we decided to go inside to order in the hopes that it might be a little quicker...we were wrong. We placed our order on one of the order screens, paid and waited. A gentleman that came in about 5-6 minutes after we had completed our order went to the counter to order and received his food within a couple of minutes...we waited another 4-5 minutes before getting our food and leaving. Upon leaving, we discovered that the food we were given was not what we had ordered, which required turning the car around to go back. I walked inside with the bag of food and stood at the counter waiting for someone to address the error while 4 employees walked in front of/past me without even looking my way, much less trying to help me. When someone did finally ask me what was going on, I was quickly given the correct food but by that time I was so angry it didn't much matter.
I understand that fast food places are busy at breakfast time but that does not mean they are excused for their errors and...
