Memorial Tacos — Restaurant in Houston

It hurts my heart to give them 3 stars because I want to give them 5, but my last experience was not the best. Ok, so I don't want to say it was the worst as well. When I got there I sat down at a table I sometimes sit at because there is a plug nearby & I can work from my laptop. There was a rather large table(group) adjacent from where I was sitting & one of the girls(waitresses) was making her way around the table taking their orders. Now, you couldn't miss me where I was sitted next to them, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. After about 20-25mins & no one had assisted me yet, still no big deal, I went to the bar to see if I needed to order there instead. The other girl was the absolute sweetest. She obviously daw me and she was across the room at the bar. She thought maybe the other girl had helped me since she was over there when I sat down, so she apologized and remembered me from coming before in the past. She was the sweetest! I told her it was ok, because it really was a big deal at the time. We are only human so I try not to make a fuss about that kind of stuff sometimes. She assisted me the rest of the night. She made sure I was taken care of. She brought me my ticket, I paid, and she brought me a To-go container for my guacamole & chips. When I was finally walking out to leave, the one waitress who NEVER acknowledged me the entire time I was there was walking by again, so I spoke to her and I smiled. I told her good night, and instead of saying good night back or good bye, she asked me if I had paid for my ticket. So I've been here for well over an hour, you've passed me up multiple times and hadn't said ONE SINGLE word to me, but had the nerves to ask about my ticket even after I still smiled at you and said goodnight? I mean, i even had to-go containerd in my hand! As much as I love the tacos and the rest of the people at this establishment, this will be my last time coming. Customer service is so important & I know she had it in her because the table she was helping she was giving them all the best customer service. They loved her. I felt like she was treating me like I was going to skip out on the bill. Something I have never in my life done & I always leave a tip. Even when service is not the best. To the one girl who remembered me from previous times and was so so sweet when she realized I was not helped and apologized more than she needed to, thank you so much for the way you treat me every time I visit. I was over charged for my watermelon mint margaritas. Online is advertised as $9.25 but I was charged $14 for each. Another MAJOR issue I had was that the bartender failed to mention that they charge a 25% service fee/gratuity tip!!! What should have been a total of $60.68 with the additional service fee of 25% that is $15.17. The total amount charged should have been a total of $75. 85. I ended up paying 106.58!!! I will like to discuss how you all will be crediting my credit card. I was told that there was no menus and were told to go online to look at your menu. I am basing my outing to your establishment on what you have advertised on your website. So I always wanted to try this place out and I always thought they had overpriced tacos, which they do lol but I was pretty surprised on how good the food was. I ordered my order through DoorDash for pick up. Well I got there and the place is super adorable. They have plenty of seating, a full bar, it is clean and nicely decorated. They have different menus and deals all week, like Happy Hour and other things. My order was ready and went to my car and realized the young lady did not give me my coke. Then I get to my place and they did not give me the 5 tacos I ordered (expensive tacos) so I had to go back and get that order.
