From the moment we walked in, Natalia had a warm smile and attentive demeanor that immediately put us at ease. Not sure why this place has such ratings when their Nashville “hot” is about as hot as a peppercorn. You can tell their fries are frozen.

The worker here at the front has a bad attitude. I wasn’t really greeted with a smile. Also, they were mopping the floors and had no floor slippery sign so I almost fell here because there was no warning. The floor was wet .

Worker seems like she doesn’t want to be there and is on her phone and listening to music on her AirPods.

Came in around 30 minutes till close and dined in (sorry I know) and Evan gave us the most exceptional service, despite us knowing he just wanted to finish his closing and go home. Food was great but my tenders could’ve been a little bit spicier like they were the time I came in before. Atmosphere was very clean but on the cold/chilly side. Again, thanks to Evan for not making us feel bad and serving us with a smile. Thank you for making a late night dinner after getting off work great considering there’s not so many quality places...
