So refreshing and delicious! The sugarcane drinks here are always fresh, not too sweet, and super satisfying—perfect on a hot day. They have great flavor combos and everything tastes clean and natural. The staff is friendly and the service is fast.

My sister took me to Mia & more while visiting Houston and I'm super impressed. She was bragging about it prior to us coming since she been to Houston so many times in the past. I was always skeptical due to my sister have long history of hyping stuff up. We were greeted right away when we first entered. All the staff here was professional and kind; it brings me back to how people greet you back home. We took awhile since it was my first time there. My sister ordered the Che Thai and I ordered the avocado smashed with durian and Jesus it was so so good. We were in Houston for 3 days 2 nights but we went here 6 times. I was a little embarrassed because we went there so many times in one day, but it was so worth it. The hot Texas day with some pennywort, sugarcane, coconut water or your choice of desserts is awesome.

It's crazy how some people could leave them bad reviews. I don't think any of the staff are unprofessional at all. Maybe you should reflect on how you speak to people first before judging others. The service industry is so hard and some people just have no sympathy for others. Some even complained about the ice level. Like dude, they have it in detailed when you first walked in and looked at their menu. Stop being cheap and support small business! If you complaining about $1, you shouldn't be going out. Here in Atlanta, it's $9 for a nasty cup of sugarcane with 90% being sugar. Even when you're going back to the motherland, they filled that cup with ice.

Five stars for the drinks and desserts, but only one star for the service, which came with quite an attitude. Despite this, your place remains my favorite spot for sugar cane juice. I've been a regular customer for quite some time now, and most of the time, the young staff there are very pleasant. I rarely ever leave reviews, but this time, I feel compelled to speak up because of the treatment I received from one of your employees – the skinny girl with glasses. I placed an order for a few drinks and desserts and politely inquired if I could split the payment between cash and card, adding one more item to my order when I found $5 in my purse. I even apologized for the inconvenience. However, she appeared annoyed and canceled my previous order on the iPad because she had to redo it again and slamming the cash box. Then, she abruptly grabbed my credit card from my hand to scan it on the machine, as if I didn't already know how to pay. Her behavior was incredibly rude, but I chose not to confront her and simply walked away. Because I don’t want to cause any drama. Her attitude is so unacceptable. I hope you'll take this feedback seriously and provide better training for your employees on how to treat customers...

I went here 3 times total so far and 2 of the times the che ba mau I like to eat is missing an ingredient or more. The last time I purchased; it was missing the taro and today when I went in the afternoon on 4/30/24 @ 1:46PM (order 74) the che ba mau I purchased was missing the mung bean and taro. My mistake was trusting the service girl who made it without taking it out of the bag and looking at it before I went home. The first time I was ok but this is the second time and it happened to me again; so I can imagine it happening to many customers but they are not writing the reviews to let people know. To me it looks like these young kids that are hired will just put anything in the che as long as they get the customer out of the store quickly. I definitely felt I got cheated paying over $7 each time for the che and include tipping to get missing ingredients. If I come back next time and they put all my stuff in the bag, I will take each item out and check carefully before I go home. You figure; you do not have to worry about these things; but at this place you need to if you want to get what you pay for.
