The first pizza delivered had hair in the very first bite. A long piece of hair. I was asked to take a picture and show management that this was true. I did so, while hearing them say no one has long hair here. It was in the melted cheese. Not just on top. Then the second attempt to order, was handed off to a guy in the parking lot who claimed to be my boyfriend and was leaving for a party. I called back after waiting another hour and half and was told a pizza would be delivered. Management didn’t want to offer his name, there was a guy manager and a girl manager who were trying to understand the same situation. This led to calls being placed to me to “better understand” what happened. Lastly, and the most disappointing part is I waited for another hour and a half after being told another pizza was being delivered. I called and was told all deliveries were completed and was hung up on. I tried calling back several times, with people picking up and banging the phone on the desk. Another call was answered with someone yelling gibberish and then I was hung up on. Another call someone said this location is closed and I responded, “I’m sorry what is your name?” His response was, “What’s it to you?” I replied I would be getting in touch with corporate to let them know how inappropriate and unprofessional they were being. He gave me his name, which was Kevin, and hung up on me. I never received the pizza. This was supposed to be a Christmas Eve night watching movies and enjoying pizza - a tradition of ours. Instead this was a complete nightmare of waiting on pizza that never came for hours. Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with Papa John's. On 12/18/2024 at approximately 7:05 pm, I had the displeasure of speaking with a manager named Louis regarding an order error and the peppers that were delivered with my pizza. To begin, I found Mr. Louis to be very rude and unprofessional during our phone conversation. When I called to make a complaint about the peppers that were included in my order, one appeared to have been used and the other was dried up. Instead of assisting me with the issue at hand, Mr. Louis began trying to find complaints against me. I was taken aback by his approach and reminded him that this was my first time ordering from Papa John's. I was surprised that he would try to find a complaint against me when I was reaching out to address a legitimate issue. Mr. Louis then proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay for the first order that was sent in error. I explained to him that the first order was a system error and had nothing to do with me. However, the second order was not an error. Despite this, Mr. Louis continued to be unprofessional and uncooperative. He even went as far as accusing me of not wanting to pay for the first order, which was completely untrue. I am disappointed and frustrated with the way this situation was handled. Instead of resolving the problem, Mr. Louis only made the situation worse with his unprofessional behavior. Read moreI normally order from this store but after my experience this past Saturday with the store manager Ms. Ramirez I will no longer be ordering from Papa Johns all together!!! She is rude, incompetent, and condescending to her customers. She claimed to have no order for me but had all my credit card info and had already charged my card for the amount owed. She then proceeded to claim that I was calling the wrong store but when given my number all my information pulled up in her system. Upon arriving at the store she claimed that my order had been placed in store pick instead of the delivery which again makes no sense cause then there would have been no need to get all my credit card information over the phone. Through out all this is seemed to me that is was very shady and underhanded and had to cancel my credit card for fear that she was going to use my information fraudulently.
