Bayou Seafood & Wings — Restaurant in Houston

I was craving some crawfish so I came by this place on a Wednesday afternoon so I had the whole restaurant to myself.

The staff here was incredibly helpful and kind. At first I was a little worried since the menu said I had to order a minimum of 2 lbs of crawfish and I knew I wouldn’t be able to finish it. But the worker informed me that I could just order 1 lbs and it was only 9.99 - what a deal!

As for the sauce, it was my first time here so I didn’t know which one to get but the staff was kind enough to let me sample all 3 (garlic butter, cajun sauce, and the ooh la la spicy). The ooh la la spicy is a combination of both the garlic butter and the cajun sauce so I went with that. I also added a potato, corn, and a sausage and with tip, everything was $17.00!

The food was delicious. The crawfish size was a mix of big and small but the sauce was great (it was definitely a little too salty for my liking but full of flavor). The potato was good, the sausage had that perfect crisp-textured casing, and the corn was spectacular.

Overall, if I had to give this spot a rating just from the food, I’d give it a 4 star since it was a little salty but the customer service is what made me give Bayou Seafood 5 stars. I can’t wait to come back and try more items...

I want to say one thing I am upset with the service and the food from this place normally the food is on point but today was SUPER HORRIBLE 😤 I can’t eat spicy food and my food was super spicy and when I told the “manager TONY” he made a face and was super rude to me I was very disappointed because I was not being rude or disrespectful. Another thing I went to the restroom and omg it smells horrible in there I walked back immediately I had never gone in there before but now I know I won’t go back in that restroom I hope that someone (“TONY”) can do better in other words be nicer because I am a paying customer I always spend more than $55 there and on food that used to be good. Yes I won’t lie Tony took my plate to fix it but when he brought it back the shrimp were COLD so I asked him politely if he just Rinsed the spicy sauce off of the shrimp he rolled his eyes and walked away it was just a question I wasn’t being rude or disrespectful I just wanted to know because the shrimp were very cold I mean if you’re going to rinse the shrimp to take the sauce off at least throw them on the grill and get them warm just saying And fyi as you can see in my receipt I...

Bayou Seafood & Wings is the ultimate dining experience. The owners Mr. David and Mr. Tony are the exceptional owners, they always have time to say a warm hello to me; no matter how busy they may be with over seeing the preparation of the orders. In fact, the entire staff including Hung, Marcus, Kyle (Tony's son), Bailee, Fernando, Lana (Tony's daughter), Alexa and others always treat me like royal family! It is always, always clean here. Even the bathrooms are exceptionally clean! The food is always served fresh and hot! I give Bayou Seafood & Wings 50 stars!!!!!! Princess Candace - Mr. Kyle is following in the footsteps of his father and uncle! He is making them so proud! Kyle cooks, oversees, and brings the food out to all his customers. He greeted me when he saw me. He made me feel so proud as well. He is giving every customer exceptional customer service. He has lots of positive energy and shows great vibes.
