Not only my order was not ready by 7pm as it was promised. It wasn’t ready after 5 mins as they promised me to be when I was at the drive thru window. They told me to park right at the one spot which I did. It is now 7:15pm, several other drive thru orders have come and go quick, so did the ppl who went inside the store.
It’s now 7:20pm and I decided to call the store. At this point, no one has entered the store, nor there’s anyone waiting in the drive thru. The phone rang several times. Hang up and called again, finally when I’m about to hang up, the manager (bc the nice girl who brought me the items confirmed to me), a person who vocally exude hating his job (Bruuuuuh!! If you don’t like interacting with ppl and a fast pace environment, you picked the wrong profession, and clients shouldn’t be paying for your miserable attitude) answer the phone saying: this is pizza hut. I said: hi good evening how’re you? His response: what’s your order? 😑 I said that I’ve been waiting for am order for 20 mins that had been promised to me by 7:00. His response, so? 🤬 I said, excuse me? I’ve waiting here as I was told and I’ve not gotten it yet. He kept cutting me off and said: ugh what’s your order or number whatever? I gave him my number and he said, it’s going out now. He hang up, and never gave an apology.
When the young girl approached the vehicle, I told her that, that piece of being didn’t belong working with ppl, and yes I told her how I felt about him (yankee style).
I left and decided to take a look at my 3 items. 2 of the items were correct. However, I ordered a 3 topping pizza: extra pineapple and ham 😑 they gave me a lame 🍑 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘱𝘪𝘻𝘻𝘢.
Never again ordering from a place managed by a miserable individual who couldn’t even verify that the order was incorrect.
P.S. lemon pepper wings are 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘦𝘳 at Wingstop than here. 20 wings at $22.29, while these bums charge you $26.99 for 18 wings.
and to be honest, a Costco pizza is a huge XL size one, no matter how many toppings at $9.97

Read moreI won't even be returning to this restaurant, let alone recommending it. I ordered a large meatlovers today and when it arrived it was very soggy on the bottom. Not a little greasy, soggy. The whole inside of the pizza was a basically mush. We tried to eat it, but it was pretty terrible. We had wings and chocolate chip brownie so we ate that and I sat down to watch tv. 30 mins later, I'm hungry again and decide to try the pizza again. Still mush, I decided I would call the store to see if they would replace it. The person that took my call did not even offer to replace it. He offered me a $5 credit on a meal I paid $24 for! I said "no, how about a replacement?" He said they were very busy running up to 90 minutes on deliveries and that would be very inconvenient for the store. He said he could do a ten dollar credit and that would be the most. I was dumbfounded. I didn't know what to say. He didn't even ask if I would be willing to wait the 90 minutes... I would have. I asked him if the ten dollars would be refunded to my card. He said "no, its a store credit." I said " so I would have to use it at your store?". Fine bye. Hung up the phone and immediately typed this. I wasn't looking for anything I didn't pay for. I just wanted a pizza. You couldn't do that, so now I will actively avoid and encourage others to avoid...

When it finally does arrive, the driver attempted to deliver it to my neighbor....I happened to see him on my security camera and had to go out to let him know. He lied to me that I put the wrong address in, however, on the receipt he handed me, it was correct!? Ok, still acceptable. When I get inside to eat dinner with out of town guests, the top of the pizza box had more than half the cheese stuck to it. The pizza was room temperature at best. Wings were cooked nicely and large, however, they were cold. The breadsticks were not warm or fresh. I really regret tipping 19% online before I received my order. I tried calling numerous times to speak with ANYONE. Could not get anyone to answer the phone. This is ridiculous. I am in the customer service business myself, and this is just unacceptable. Dont know what else to do except take my business elsewhere and NEVER reccomend this...
