PLEASE READ!!! IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!!! DANGER, DIARHEA!!! DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!! I will never order from this location again. This was my first and only time. Please save your self from a horrible experience. I was watching my nephew for my sister and my car broke down. So i ordered 2 pizzas and the brownie dessert for me , my son , and nephew. When the food showed up, one pizza had huge bubbles (many) which caused the toppings to shift off of some slices. Basically a third of one pizza was bubbles and crust and sauce. I called and spoke to a Stefan who was sort of rude and trying to act like a big shot I guess in front of his co-workers. But he did offer to replace the pizza. That replacement Pizza; which was not the 3 topping , light sauce pizza that it was suppose to replace; showed up 48 minutes later. By that time I had already made grilled cheese sandwiches for the kids to finish up meal time and fill them up. But throughout the night my nephew my son and me all had the worst case of diarrhea. I also had stomach acid that burned in my chest throughout the entire night to where I could not get any sleep until finally the next morning I had to settle for puking to put my stomach at rest. I have since spoken to my sister about the situation and found out from her that she has had many bad experiences with the quality of food and orders and never buys pizza from this location. She told me she only does Domino's now because this Papa John's turned her away from ever buying from any Papa John's anywhere after about 6 bad...

I stopped ordering from them years ago because they would take my orders and then never deliver them and when I would call to find out where my order was they would say they don't have any drivers for my area. I decided to give them another chance today because the other pizza places had a long delivery time. My order was supposed to take 28 minutes it took an hour. I was tracking the order on their app and it literally never moved UNTIL I called to get an update. Mind you, I only live 5 minutes from the restaurant. After I called it was here in 10 minutes so basically it was just sitting at the restaurant based on the tracker. When it got here I opened the boxes and both pizzas looked as though they had been flipped upside down!.. I immediately called the restaurant and without pause the young lady just said I issue you a refund. I said "what about our food"?.. "so will I get the refund TODAY so I can order something else?".. "no ma'am it will be about 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank"... So our food is ruined and instead of offering to remake it they just issued a refund that I won't get for days... I'm at a loss for words.. I honest to God do not know how they are still in business. Their prices suck! Read moreI was placed on hold 4 times while trying to place a large order. I stopped by on my way home and watched the employee answer the phone, place me on hold, and go back to leaning on the wall in an empty building. I also watched the man who placed me on hold three times before that walk back into the building, after going to his car, and not wash or sanitize his hands during a pandemic. This man tried to argue with me about why I was on a hold for what was probably 30 minutes collectively after I asked for his name. The last time being 10 minutes while I watched them do nothing. When I asked for the names of the two employees, they refused to tell me. And the man that had been the rudest told me he was the manager and owner of this location. I asked for the corporate number -which I literally never do- and he (the man who said he was the owner) told me they do not have one “because we are a franchise”... even though that is literally how franchises work.
