I'm a bit aggravated with this location. When I got there it was a long line. I was in that line for about 10 to 12 mins. I didn't mind at first because I told myself since there's so many ppl the donuts are bound to be fresh. I ordered half a dozen of glazed donuts and a ham n cheese kolache. When I got the donuts they were extremely cold but my kholachi wasn't so I assumed it was fresh. I went in there asking her how long ago the donuts were made, she said 30 mins ago. I asked for a refund and she was very kind and understanding but that doesn't change the fact you served old donuts. When I got home I ate the kolache, as soon as I got to the meat part it smelled like the sewer. I assumed it was my pregnancy making it stink until I asked my cousin to eat it. And guess what he said it tasted stale and old, i even dtarted throwing up the bit i did eat.🤦♀️who knew they were serving everything old even though tht line was so long? Good service doesn't cut it when the food is coming out extremely old. Won't be coming...

Read moreI've been a customer of this location for over 25 years and today was not a good for my wife and I. We were park in the parking lot of Shipley and I ask a homeless man if he wanted something to eat at Jax-In-Box. I was approache by a young man and ask not to park in Shipley parking lot. I told him that I'm a regular customer her at Shipley I just wasn't buying anything today here. I think the young man was upset because I ask the homeless man if he wanted something to eat at Jax-In-Box and not Shipley. This happen today around 12:00 noon so the parking lot was not full. I'm not sure if this has happen to anyone else, but for me they have lost a loyal customer for over 25 years. I'm asking my New Faith Church members not to due business with this...
