Tare this building down and start over...new staff, everything. This Jack in the Box is Notorious ...for having bad service since I was a child and I am 43yrs old. 2/15/2025 @12:30pm..against my better judgment because I saw just one car in the drive way..I pulled in because I do like The Ultimate Chesseburger..combo. One guy..ordered his meal ,took like 5 minutes ( no problem). I get to the speaker..the lady immediately says one second which lasted 5 minutes ( a problem). Then...I get to window she leans out with her arm..motions me to wait. Wait to pull to the window to pay?? The guy in front of me is just waiting,right passed the window. About two minutes go by..the lady hadn't returned. So...I wait another few minutes..nothing. Now I want to go..I look behind me,of course I'm blocked in. So I pull all the way to the window. Lady does not appear. Dude in front me still waiting on his food. All this .....no food or haven't paid 32 minutes. The lady finally..appears at the window with her hand out. For me to pay. I politely rolled up my window and told her,"Im good". This Jack in the Box has been had TRASH SERVICE ... NOTHING HAS CHANGED DURING THE YEARS. TARE IT DOWN...PUT SOMETHING ELSE THAT IS 24hrs. I am from here..I know that's the only way they survived so long. Really don't deserve the star..I only put that to write the review. Trash service......
Read moreThe lady at the drive thru was rude. When I got my order I checked it (yes the 80% of the time I GOT MY ORDER WRONG) I notice they gave me 3 drinks when I order 4. When I told the lady showing my receipt she said well which one you need. (I order Dr.peper and cokes) she didn't even know what she gave me because she didn't mark them!!!!! I said I don't know what you give me. She shut the window on my face, I was telling her that I need to drink from the 3 cups to know. VERY BAD ATTITUDE. I TALKED TO THE MANAGER!!! THEY SAID SOMETHING BETWEEN THEM AND LOUGHIN the "manager" open the window I told her what happen and she said she will talk to her. (But i could see she was not going to bother doing that) they need training. LOTS OF TRAINING. OR MAYBE NEW EMPLOYEES!!!! BUT THIS TIME PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY'RE at least kid to people. Man!!!! Read morePlaced an order online through the app and upon arrival, I was directed to go through the drive thru to pick up online order. I do not understand the reasoning why businesses do this. What’s the point in ordering through the app to still wait in a drive thru line to get your order without the option to cancel the order when the line is long?! Seems pretty pointless to me. When I finally arrive at the window to pick up the order, the lady ( black lady with a red wig) continued to walk past the window pretending like she did not see me waiting even after the horn was honked three times. And to top it off, another man was standing at the register also ignoring the window. Customer service was trash and needs to be better and tacos were cooked so hard they were impossible to eat.
