Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Houston

The services throughout the ordering process was horrible. I wasn't able to hear the youngman thru the drive-thur speaker I pulled up to the window to proceed with my ordering. The youngman window wasn't pleasant, he was frustrated from beginning until the end, he was to focus on trying to keep warm by putting his arms inside of his shirt while talking my order. He took my order while partially listen only to ask me what I wanted over and over. I knew my order was going to be hideous, I was shock it was. I asked for mild chicken got home to find out I received spicy. I haven't eaten at Popeyes in about a year, today I had a taste for it wrong choice I made. This experience reminded me why I haven't been back to this location because of their horrible service. Overall I tried my best to stay polite throughout the interaction and still patronize this business. As I received my order I politely said have a good night that youngman turned his head and closed the window. Lol yes that was funny. He had the opportunity to turn this overall experience around but yet he failed, all I could do is lol and pull off. Oh by the way I didn't eat my $5 box I literally don't...

I recently stopped by after school for the kids As usual. I ordered legs and thighs but unfortunately, they don’t care about your request. They do as they please. The manager, Alexa wich her real name is “ Edith “ was extremely rude on the phone And asked me for pictures For proof. Instead of making the situation better, she made it worse Specially for lying once I drove back to the store i saw her name tag and Edith took the food to the back to be served to the next guest wich is NOT OK. I asked for my money back and she refused I will be contacting corporate This is not OK upper management needs to watch who they hire because customer service comes a long way Specially, when you’re a manager. I understand mistakes happen, but It would be great if the staff double checks the orders Before being served I’m sure this won’t be the first or the last. Went in for online order pick up, lady at drive threw is nice, but the food was horrible they need to change there oil no reason for the popcorn shrimp to come out black, tender where really dark, left dark grease inside the box. Y’all gonna get someone sick. And them 5 stars y’all have ik y’all make y’all’s workers leave good reviews. They always forget one of your sides. I’m won’t come to this Popeyes again. This place need inspection to come check them on a random day unannounced (recommended) weekends. They are dirty catch them when they are not following safety food handling. I did call and let them know they need to change there oil didn’t even offer to give me my money back or to change my food even though I wouldn’t have won’t to get my food from here again.
