Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Houston

MAURICIO MAURICIO MAURICIO!!!! HE MADE ME CRY ALL THE WAY HOME!!!! He had no idea that I woke up from a nap to a house full of smoke due to my son, who's a 8yo with autism, put popcorn in the microwave for 20min and not 2!! I have 2 boys with autism.. so believe me when I say I had my hands completely full at the moment.. overall.. they were hungry!! I ordered a pizza the night before for lunch today.. I took it from the fridge to realize IT'S NOT MY ORDER!!! I'm fighting the smoke, fighting to get order with the boys, they're choking and coughing as well.. opened the doors and windows, getting fans, ALSO dealing with outside bugs in my house!! Dealing with sooo much now calling pizza hut to see what can be done about the order.. MAURICIO answers and says immediately with no hesitation "I'LL MAKE IT NOW.. DO YOU WANT IT NOW".. I said yes and realized it was a carry out order.. hubby took the car to work.. I told him nevermind about everything.. I have no way to pick it up.. I said just forget about it.. his reply was "I'LL GIVE YOU A $15 CREDIT".. all I could say was simply thank you.. 8hrs later I call and HE'S STILL THERE!!! We spoke briefly and I said I'm ready for the pizza he asked if I could come get it and I said yes.. he said "IT'LL BE READY WHEN YOU GET HERE" and you know what IT WAS!!!! I'm so appreciative of how he handled the whole situation.. it could've gone differently.. MAURICIO was extremely polite in listening to what I had to say and resolving the issue.. this is the only place my boys will eat when it comes to pizza and they've NEVER LET ME DOWN!!! THANK YOU MAURICIO FOR MAKING MY DAY A LITTLE LESS CHAOTIC...

This will be my first and last time ordering anything from this location, as well, as from this business chain. Customer service is horrible!

I placed my order online for contactless curbside pickup. Once I arrived at this location, I spent an additional 10 minutes calling to let them know I'm waiting in my car. Again, after 10 minutes, finally, an associate (woman) picked up the phone. There was a lot of static on the phone line, along with, a lot of background noise. Neither the associate (woman) nor I could hear one another clearly. The both of us had to repeat ourselves several times. When I brought up the notion of having to call for 10 minutes, the associate (woman) didn't acknowledge nor apologize for the inconvenience. The associate (woman), simply, continued with the call and stated that my order will be out shortly. Side note: A delivery driver that wasn't wearing a mask or any gloves, pulled up, carrying a delivery bag, walked inside after I ended the call. This same delivery driver walked right out with my order. That being said, that let's me know, he didn't wash his hands or use any Sanitizer. Though, this delivery driver was sweet and let me know to be careful because the pizzas were hot. That doesn't excuse the fact that COVID-19 regulations are in effect for a reason and this location is not abiding. Once he placed my order in my car, I checked to ensure it was correct and noticed how much grease was smeared all over the pizza boxes. Absolutely gross! I expected more from one of the top three pizza business chain in the United...

It was a curbside order. I was told 10 to 15 minutes. When I arrived and called the number on the sign, No one answered I called Twice more and no one answered I waited, called again, then I was told OK they'd be right out I set there for 30 More minutes Giving Them the benefit of the doubt and no one came out I had to get out of my car and walk in to Pizza Hut to ask if my pizza was Ready the young lady at the register Had come out to another car and I rolled up my window and she asked how she could help me, I told her I was waiting on my pizza I had been there for a while. She asked what my name Was, I told her and she said OK this was the 2nd person told me OK it will be there. O n c e inside, I asked her if she could find out if the Pizza was ready at that moment because If not, I was not gonna wait any longer. Happy to say she came up with the pizza but this isn't the 1st time, it's happened to me before and it's the 1st time I've actually said something There was a young lady who had Sent her son inside because her pizza did not come out and she came inside and told everyone in line to make sure they checked their order because when her son brought the pizza to the car it was half a pizza and she showed us the Box. that location is really Close to where I live I hate to drive across town just to get a pizza where I can get...
