The Stuffed Baked Potato Factory — Restaurant in Houston

I visited this place maybe 10 months are so ago and I forgot to post. I told myself I will never go back to this place again and I haven't. I try to support black owned business due to the fact that my aunt and dad owned well known business in the area for over 25 plus years until they retired. However, to make a long story short. I ordered 2 baked potatoes. Got to the window paid and received order. As I was driving off I wanted to eat. I then noticed 1 of the potatoes was completely wrong. I then parked and went inside. Mind you I was very professional, not angry, was just having a great day so my attitude showed that. I told the cashier at the front about the mistake. She went to the back. A man came to the front with her. I think he was the owner its been a awhile. Anyway, he said to me, the lady that took your order (she was standing next to him) said you said you wanted this (he named the potatoe) one. I told him no sir I didn't order that potatoe because whats on that potatoe I cannot eat. He stuck to what she was telling him as he didn't know what I ordered because he asked her. He said to me, well if we make another potatoe we are going to charge you full price because she said you ordered this one and we can't change it. I kept telling him, sir I didn't order that particular potatoe. I know what I ordered, maybe she thought I said that potatoe but I didnt I promise you. Well he stood to what the young lady said. Didn't bulge. I must say, when you have workers that are rude and give off bad customer service, their boss set the atmosphere. Meaning, if he or she is like that so will the workers. He was extremely rude to me, voice got high, extremely unprofessional. Customer service was very awful as he continued to call me a liar to my face, and I knew what I ordered. Prior to this incident, I will stop by sometimes when in the area and order the same potaoes. So I knew what I ordered, she just put the wrong potatoe. The potatoe she stated I ordered, I was not familiar with that name nor what was on it, nobody in my house eat that type of meat that was on the potatoes. I really got tired of trying to explain myself, so I told him I will never come back to that place again. He said good smh. And the funny thing is, I as the customer kept my composer the whole time while he was calling me a liar to my face and acting so unprofessional.

I will never reccomended this place to anyone, and their prices are to high for the size of baked potatoes they serve. I go to another spot in pearland, huge potatoes, great food, and reasonble prices. But, I went here just to support our people. NEVER EVER AGAIN....so sad to act that way.. If I couldn't give them any...

Today i bought the shrimp boudin balls. As soon as I opened the box my stomach churned. What I saw was two huge hushpuppie colored, burnt balls. While I thought it was supposed to have shrimp amd smoked chicked, it truly was a rice amd cheese mixture..I ordered from here before and it was very tasty on this occassion, because the outside was so burnt and crispy, split the ball and went to the center only to find that the outside was piping hot but the inside was cold. So what I got today was a re-heated and burnt boudin ball because if it were freshly cooked and the cook left the balls in the oven or grease for an extra minute. The inside would have reflected the outside appearance. . I can not comment further on the taste becausebi feared to swallow or eat reheated dairy and shrimp that mustve sat somewhere in their shack for god knows how long.. Furthermore the bottom of the boudin balls were bathing in grease. Im not sure what happened but but there is no way I will be spending....forgot to mention the price. $14.99 at the menu sign but $17.31 at the window. What taxes are they adding is what I thought until i look at the receipt. They had the nerve to add a dollar to the shrimpless , cheese and rice...

First time goin food was cool but service horrible in mainly an employee who made it a bad experience! Then the manager or owner mad it a more bad experience! I was told a time frame from the cashier! So after waiting longer then my time I asked a heavy set light skin young lady how long? She got an attitude right away saying what I purchase takes a while! I said I understand that I was already told that but it’s way over the time frame I was giving! I asked if she can go ask how much longer! She started to tell the cashier about my concern but did it in a rude way never came back to acknowledge me or anything! I felt like that was very rude in inconsiderate! So when the cashier came back I asked for a manager or someone in charge! When the owner came up as she said she was the owner right away she had a mean look on her face! I let her know I don’t want any problems in really don’t want to get anyone in trouble but what her employee did was not right at all! Her stare down in even mockin me saying ok was so unprofessional! It was like she was mad that I was making a report! Didn’t understand that especially with me letting her know i I didn’t want no one to get in trouble! Why was...
