Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

If there was a zero star I would put that. I ordered a pizza on July 4 was delivered the wrong pizza called the local branch that I ordered from and the kid on the other line did not seem concerned at all answer said they would call me back never did I then called back 20 minutes later and asked to speak to the manager, who was Patrick that night, Who proceeded to tell me they were remaking my pizza but saying it would be at least another 45 minutes before I got my pizza but that he would void the transaction and still send me my pizza. My pizza was delivered and the manager told me once it was delivered to call back and he would void my transaction I did that and sat on hold for over 20 minutes waiting on him to do it. The manager then proceeded to tell me he had voided my transaction and it would take one to two business days for me to see the money I did not see the money but waited 3 to 5 business days just to be sure before calling the local branch where I ordered from. The store manager at that branch just called me back to tell me that they will not be refunding me my money and then I waited too long ( even though it is only been 3 to 5 business days) never again will I order for this business!!! Very very very poor customer service!!! Having a Manager that Lies is the worst way to run...

I'm not sure what the circumstances were at this location this Saturday night, but I'm pretty sure the pizza I just had delivered was the worst I've had from Papa John's. If anyone working this night cared just a little bit about the company, product, and reputation, they would have done quality checks. The only positive thing I could say about the pizza I ordered was the quantity of toppings. The taste of the crust I could only describe as being similar to cardboard. This was the predominant flavor throughout due to the lack of sauce that was only present towards the outer rim, not to mention a degree of being overcooked. The So the pizza was relatively dry and delivered cold. I've lived about a half of a mile from this location for about 4 years now. So based on observation, everytime I've ordered Carry Out, they've never been busy. I'm not going to speculate, but I will say my wife and I were very disappointed. It may just be this location, but it is definitely below the Papa John's standards. I thought to call the store and speak to the manager, but he/she are the reason this pizza failed. He/she probably would have offered my money back, but that wouldn't have fixed...

Episode 1: Ordered a delivery. After 2 hours, the order was reported as delivered. Half an hour later, an ice cold pizza actually showed up on the doorstep.

Episode 2: Gave them another chance. Ordered a CHEESE Pizza, with added half sausage, half pepperoni. Got a pizza with sauce, pepperoni, and sausage. Somewhat disappointed that the CHEESE pizza had none of the defining ingredient. Kind of boggles the mind how a cheese pizza makes it through the process without a single bit of cheese being involved.

Episode 3: Let's give them one more try. Ordered BBQ wings. Got Buffalo wings. Ordered burger sauce. Got a cup of pizza sauce. Ordered a pizza. Seems like they might have actually managed to get that one correct, but I have yet to muster up the bravery to try it.

Don't know why I'd give them another chance, but... damn. I'm done with this place. Can't seem to get...
