This papa johns has terrible costumer service, the driver expected me to know his number, he yelled at me and asked me for a tip after I waited for him for 2 hours for him to call me. The lady on the phone had an attitude, and acted as if she couldn't hear me,and after repeating my order multiple times she still got it wrong. When I went to get the pizza the driver was standing outside of his car beating out his dirty car mats before giving me my pizza and then he took a long time handing it to me but i could clearly see that my order was the only thing in the warmer. After this the driver proceeded to ask my roommate if she played basketball just because she was tall and black. Now don't get me started on the fact that every single time we call, they always put us an at least a 5-10 minute wait and yet still sometimes they come to the line and ask us again to keep on waiting. Finally, after our wait, a lady answers and as soon as we are about to place our order, she states that they aren't delivering pizza orders any more, at about 7 PM!! & sometimes they just hang up on us while we wait! We have to keep on calling in order for them to actually take our order. & my question is, why does it take an hour to get our pizza if they are down the street from us?? If i could i'd give this place 0 starts!...

I have never felt so awkward. The delivery driver didnāt even hand me my pizza first. He held it behind his back as he handed me the receipt. I asked him if I needed to sign itā¦he didnāt say anything. So I had my son grab a pen for me and there was not a space for me to signā¦so I put the total amount due in the appropriate space. I did not add a tip, considering it was my friend that ordered the pizza and used his own card. When I handed the delivery driver, the receipt, he just looked at it and looked at me and said āno tip?ā in an angry aggravated tone. I explained to him the situation, he shook his head and aggressively handed me the pizza and receipt back and walked away. I called the shop and spoke with the manager who was polite and said sheād have a talk with himā¦.not sure what good that will do, but I appreciate that she understood the situation and said sheād take some action. I would definitely order pizza from them again BUT pick it up myself to avoid...

If I happen to be out and decide to stop and pick one up they always bring it out to my car when itās done. Great Pizza place!
Unfortunately I have to state that due to a very bad experience with the general manager at this location I will no longer ever do business with Papa Johnās again! The corporate office is just as bad as the local retailer as well. I called the corporate office to voice my dissatisfaction. The corporate office has a standing policy that a returned phone call will be made within 24-48 hours. After calling and having it escalated FOUR times due to NOBODY ever contacting me I finally gave up on reaching a resolve. I was informed by a employee that the general manager is really good friends with the district manager and thatās probably why nothing was ever done. Anyway, Iām done with this pizza place. They obviously have deep rooted issues that trickle down from the corporate office as weāve seen on the news in months passed. VERY...
