Easily the best Flower Shop in houston!

Listen, this is coming from a someone whose family has owned a flower shop for over 30 years and been a part of it for my whole life, Santana's Flower shop in Donna, TX if you want proof. And my experience? I was very impressed.

Beautiful, fresh roses, lilies, and the greenery to match.

Heck they even adjusted delivery on the fly.

Anyways, I'm critical and I let every know exactly what I want and what I don't want when I order from a flower shop. I'm not the person, however, to call and get angry because one little thing was off.

Funny enough, my experience at Petal and Plants was damn near perfect, but one thing fell short.

I called and asked what happened, and Sara on behalf of the business just owned up to it, made it right and delivered exactly what I ordered, and then some.

Point is, my rating isn't just off of the flowers, but the experience and the business as a brand.

I love this brand, and now I have my go to place for flower arrangements, plants, etc.

I'll choose them over everyone else because it's exactly how I would treat our clients in our flower shop.

You don't know till you try but if your reading this, understand, you will have a good experience, no matter what happens.

I ordered a white flower casket spray for my loved one’s service on 12-30-22. It arrived on time and was filled with the prettiest assortment of white flowers with a little greenery as requested. All the flowers were beautiful, especially the large white roses. You out did yourself as I received a lot of comments on how beautiful the spray looked. I appreciate the time you took to listen to what I wanted and discuss the flowers that could be included. This was a hard task to do but that extra time you spent with me helped reduce my anxiety during a sad stressful time. I will definitely recommend your flower shop. What a pleasant experience I enjoyed with Petal and Plants! All questions answered graciously and help was given to determine which arrangement would work best for my sister's birthday! I asked for a picture of the arrangement to be sent to be and not only one was sent but two! Plus, the text included heights and number of certain flowers I was especially interested in.
