Will probably not return unless they change management at this location. I only come to this Popeyes because it’s closer to my house. But today was the last straw. I placed my order through the box outside and the one taking the orders couldn’t understand my English well so I pull up to the drive through and place my order with the manager instead. Instead of repeating the order back to me he just said $13 is your total. I asked him politely to repeat the order back to me and the order was wrong. I told him I never ordered that and he just seemed annoyed and asked me what els do you want?
He apologized, but it didn’t sound like really cared. And I said every time I come here my order is always wrong and I’m really tired of this. I looked at him & said I worked in management just like you, & I never acted like this towards my customers nor would my associates working under me act like this.
He kept saying I’m sorry sir sounding uncaring again but this time he looked liked he was laughing and smiling under his mask. That’s what really ticked me off because instead of listening and saying I’m sorry sir next time I will make sure A, B, C is performed and I will have John Doe do this to avoid this again in the future would have made me happy.
I told him just cancel my order please I’m not happy with the service here and again he apologized and I looked at him and said you don’t mean that because if you did this wouldn’t keep happening every time. And he tried to say somthing rude to me but I didn’t want to hear it and his staff all came running to the checkout window to witness what was going on.
Listen I worked in retail a long time and I was a manager myself but regardless of my work I still gave 100% to the company and policies. And I made sure I was a model manager/associate for others to follow in. In conclusion if you really don’t like your job please leave so someone els can do the job better and model how a manager or associate should act.

A cashier (I assume) and a cook apparently missed a couple of days of work because the cook had an "episode" that required him to leave work early one day and both of them to miss the next day. During this time they lost their schedules and were currently in there trying to see when they work. She has to work day shifts because she has SIX (6) kids!! How does she manage to find the time to dye her hair so many colors with six kids? Does she give each one a different color highlighter before she passes out from the pills she is popping??
Since this is the lunch rush and they are busy, the manager told her she would have to wait for her schedule. Then she starting yelling and making a scene because she "knows her rights as an employee". The cook threatens to call the City of Houston to report some kind of health violation. I would kind of like more details on that. She then starts apologizing to the patrons about the manager yelling but she was the only one acting like a fool. She spoke on behalf of the cook since she "covers all of her tracks." She'd have better luck covering her tracks with a long sleeve shirt.
The cook is probably OK but they should fire the loud-mouth drama queen that thinks she is smarter than everyone else. Having someone like her on staff is a cancer to the entire crew. I am all for working special-needs people but this girl has some VERY special needs. And now they have me wondering what I ate. What kind of health violation was that guy...
Read moreTake your business elsewhere the rude staff working there mistreating customers and providing poor quality food. As a regular customer, I come in almost every Tuesday and get the special. On 3/15/2022 I purchased my regular meals, I paid $25.47 for 3 specials, one breast, order of rice, and mash potatoes. Since the special has a wing and thigh, I asked that if I could get two wings instead of the leg or thigh. When I get home, I noticed they gave me a piece of a chicken wing (smallest part of the wing with no meat and just bone) I was very upset because I had to go back and show them what they had given me. I went inside and showed them what they given me and instead of receiving an apology and a new wing, I am met with the worst customer service ever. The hispanic lady yelled at me and said I was lying that she did not give me a piece of bone instead of a wing. I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude and demanded she respect me as a long time customer and she yelled " I dont care how long you been coming here, i couldn't care less" she threw the food at me and I left, furious and very disappointed at the level of disrespect they have for customers. She did not care that the store was packed and treated me like trash.
