Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Houston

Not only did it take from 8:00 p.m. until around 10:15 p.m. for my one medium and one large pizza to be delivered, but my wings were forgotten. I tell the delivery driver, he says he'll check the car and if they're not there, he'll run back to the store. Lo and behold, the wings never arrive, and no refund was issued. They closed at 11, so while I waited, I couldn't call that evening to hear an explanation. That said, it's gotten to the point where I don't even want to call and speak with them, and this is not the first time I've had issue with this store. They CONSTANTLY take hours for delivery, as well as give sub par food or forget. One time I called the day after I ordered and never received my food and the guy on the other end was like "Oh no. I remember your order. Your credit card didn't go through. I called you several times." Funny...my credit card has never had a problem there (or typically anywhere else for that matter), and I never got a single phone call. Regardless of whether a credit card was denied or not, your phone number is RIGHT THERE, so you should receive a phone call. (Wish I'd have gotten his name.) All this said, there is one crew who works earlier in the evenings and is managed by a lady who's name I also wish I had gotten to give her much deserved props. They DO take care of me when I order, and she ALWAYS makes sure to call to rectify any issues. In fact, one time, they were out of spinach - no big deal - and she called to let me know, explained that they would be a little late (still didn't take over an hour), and sent an email with a coupon.

Sent them an email via the website two or three days ago too. Waiting to hear back on that, but apparently it wasn't worth...

Ordered pizza delivery Monday 2/10. Ordered a special fir $24.99 came with 2 med pizzas specialty or up to 6 items. I ordered a 6 topping pizza and a meat lovers. The meat lovers pizza was OK but the pizza with six toppings were missing two items. No Italian sausage...no jalapeños. I immediately called Pizza Hut asking if they could remake my pizza. I paid $5.29 for delivery. They told me I would have to come to the store because they didn't have delivery drivers. I asked for a refund and was told they don't give refunds. I was told I would have to call their corporate office for a refund or credit. I called the number the manager gave me and it was a recording that stated I would have to talk to the store directly in order to get refund or credit. I called the store and basically was treated like I was the one who did wrong. The manager Tiffany said she doesn't know if I'm telling the truth about my pizza because the pizza maker said she put sausage on the pizza. Look at the attached pic. No sausage.No Jalepeno. Then Tiffany said...Look again, they have new sausage they are very small! 🤣 lmao! They must be microscopic cuz they are invisible. They wouldnt give me a credit or deliver a new pizza. The manager was really rough with me over the phone.. so much so I decided not to drive to pick up the pizza. Didn't want anyone retaliating and doing something to my pizza. Poor customer service, ice cold food and WRONG pizza! Will NEVER order from...

Ordered a pizza and wings for the first time today at this location as I am new to the area, and I was surprised how awful the pizza was.. I would previously ordered at a different location across town and it was way better.. Ten times better.... I am not sure if their ovens need to be upgraded or even calibrated, but the crust was not properly baked evenly, or the yeast was not fresh or another key ingredient lacking.... The toppings were welted in appearance and were very skimpy throughout the pizza... When I got home and opened the box, I knew it was a problem...

Pizza Hut is typically my favorite but since I’m new in the area, I will need to explore other options.. The $5 pizza that I ordered recently from the other competition down the street was way better, but shouldn’t be the case at the price I paid today....

The wings were good, but not hot like at the ones I used to order across town... But at least the wings were good and consistent... I still have faith in Pizza Hut as I know their capabilities. I grew up on it when you could eat inside with your family... I understand that it’s a franchise and sometimes franchisees will not invest in their locations or will not utilize feedback from customers for quality improvement purposes.... I will definitely not return to...
