I order online and paid for 2 $5.00 tackle box shrimp one with small red beans and rice and the other one small fries for 7:45 or 748. I picked it up.(I live 5 minutes away in car distance,). The cashier seems to not understand the customers are two cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Once I got up to the speaker she said she couldn't her me so I spoke louder and a man came on the loud speaker telling me I didn't have to shout and to move up I told him I couldn't to many cars were in front office to do so. It was a big Yukon in front of my big Ford Taurus . Once I got to the front I showed the lady my online receipt. The female cashier had to get one of the male employees to speak to me I guess it was some kind of communication barrier. But that's not the as bad as I went home and began eating It to spoonfuls of beans and rice to notice it was spoiled and had a a foul odor. I drove back to the store and went inside. I explained to the man who said he was a manager. He's name started with The letter M. He had white flour on his shirt sleeve and the sides of his work pants and no mask or gloves that you use when cooking food or serving on. The other employees had the right atire on ,but also no gloves while handling foods. He said he could replace the red beans with another order of red beans and rice. I informed him I want some chicken wings and the GM's name and contact info. He said since I wanted to the GM's info I couldn't get anything. So I said that's fine ,then just the GM's info. Then a another man with long black hair hanging out from his in a hair net and cap half up and asked do I want the food or not. I said no I want to speak with the GM about the foul spoiled red beans and rice. And the lack of sanitize safety that they was not using in that restaurant. Another customer came and I asked him to smell in my bag . He said it was spoiled also and cancel his red beans and got another side. . And I googled the customer number and called them. Read moreAt 4:30pm Tuesday 16th 2025 I came to the location on Westbellfort near South Gessner Rd. I tried to placed my order at the drive thru menu for almost 5mins. No one said anything through the speakers so I decided to drive around to the window. I was approached by a middle age heavy set hispanic lady who was very and unprofessional. I told her I was trying to get someone's attention by the drive thru speakers and she denied she hearing anything. She also told me I did the same thing a week ago and I explained to her I haven't been at this location in over a year which is the honest truth. She then rolled her eyes and shut the window in my face. After 2mins of me waiting for service a young hispanic male came to the window. I explained the situation to him and he over looked it and told me I need to drive around and place my order again. He also refuses to give me the name of the lady that was rude and disrespectful. It was a long line on the other side and I would had to wait 20-30mins to place another order so I decided to leave and make a complaint online.
