The most rude man I have ever met! The manager of this Pizza Hut has zero customer service and is confrontational.
Now let me tell you my experience, I made an online order and as I have two small children that like only cheese I edited the meat lovers in my cart to only have those toppings on one half. I begrudge the pizza is the same price with half the toppings but maybe that's just me. I checked out and since I live round the corner so decided to go pick it up.
I arrived at the store and was greeted with a smile from the server. I paid and took a seat as it was not ready yet. I noticed two other customers receive their pizzas and the server opened the box to show the pizza which I thought was unusual. But hay ho it was my first time here. Now my turn, my order was ready. The server shouted my name and proceeded to open the box like the others. The pizza was not half cheese but a full meat lovers. Ok, I said, this is not correct it should have been half cheese. The server immediately called for the 'manager'. This is where it went down hill. The manager told me in a very condescending and confrontational way that I had made a mistake in ordering and his ticket said nothing about the half cheese. Now he showed me the ticket and indeed is said nothing about half cheese. It was at this point he told me I did not know how to use my phone to order pizza. When I informed him I used my laptop he then revised his insult and told me I had no idea how to use a computer or a website. I would like to point out that I have a degree in computer sceience and work in the technology industry and have done for 15 years. I do know how to use a computer but when I suggested that the website and order system may be at fault he said, 'it's not my website' and he is not 'pizza hut' - if not Pizza Hut then who did I just order the pizza from and why am I standing in a Pizza Hut store?? Now I know he is a franchise, but is that not the whole point?? He claimed it's not his website, so not his problem.
In any case he continued to insult me and tell me it was my fault, he also informed me that I was 'taking money out of his pocket' by asking for the correct pizza I had ordered. I was so taken back that I decided a refund would be in order and he could keep his pizza. He agreed to this and returned my money. I told him he was the most rude man I had ever met and I would not be back to his establishment again. He wished me merry Christmas as I turned to leave then sold my order to another waiting customer at half price before I was even out of the door.
I would give zero stars is I could. I will...
Read moreOn 2/7/18 I order a Pizza Online from this Pizza Hut which was the biggest mistake of my life. I order two pizza and chessestix and some apple pies bites online and when I didn't get my confirmation email saying my pizza was order I call up this Pizza Hut. I spoke with a lady and ask if my order was place she took my phone number check every thing out and said yes it's in the oven. She repeated my order back and everything was right but the Apple pies bites was a regular Apple pie. I told her that was incorrect that I wanted the bites. She said sorry and that they was the same price. So I ask her if they was the same price could she just changed it to bites. She said she was sure they could that she would ask her manager if they could. Now thinking that all was good with my order I decide to go back to reading my book. About five to ten minutes later I get a phone call from this Pizza Hut again. I answer it a gentleman ask me for me and I say speaking. He proceed to tell me that my order has been cancel would I like to pay cash for my order. I ask why was my card decline when I could see that they had already taken the money for my bank account. So he tell my card was voided to put the pies bite on. Now I get a little mad cause I never authorized my card to be voided. Now I ask for the manager he proceed to tell me that he is. So I ask him who gave you the promises to void my card. He said that when the time changed the credit card voids. Now what he doesn't know is that I'm a General Manager of a Restaurant in Downtown Houston and that I also know how you have void a card from your system. A human has to do it manauly. As I had to do myself many of time but the one different is that I always ask my customer if that is ok with them. Because sometime a person bank will freeze their card as they see it's been charged twice at the same place. So a course my banks see this and freezes my account. So I why would they void my card without asking me first and he keeps telling me basically that it's my fault cause I wanted I had order. Now this is not how a manger is spose to act so how ever he got this job I will never know or Pizza Hut is in need of people the will just hire anyone now day I don't know but I will not be back to Pizza Hut anymore because of this it's not about the money it's about what make every restaurant last coustmer care. Cause pizza hut may issue your check sir but without customer pizza hut can not pay you . So that's something to think...

I had the absolute worst experience with Pizza Hut, and I am appalled at the level of service at this location. I placed an online order and waited for my pizza to be delivered. The delivery time came and went, so I waited an additional 10 minutes. After an hour had passed with no delivery, I called the store to find out what was going on.
An extremely rude employee informed me that my order had been canceled. When I asked to speak to a manager, Adam, he provided the same excuse, claiming he tried to call us to verify the address. This was a blatant lie as I never received any call. He then said he has had problems with my address before and used this as a reason to cancel my order. Throughout our conversation, Adam was rude, raised his voice, ignored what I had to say, and clearly did not care about resolving the issue. He seemed more interested in pushing me off the phone than addressing the problem.
I waited over an hour for food that I had already paid for while staying in a hotel due to power outages caused by Hurricane Beryl. My kids were hungry and expecting pizza that never arrived. This is completely unacceptable.
This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location, but I let previous incidents slide. However, this experience was the last straw. If this is how they treat their customers, I can only imagine how many others are suffering from the same poor service.
This is a terrible way to run a business and tarnishes the Pizza Hut name that I grew up loving. Their customer service has taken a nosedive, and it is clear that this location does not care about its customers. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.
Pizza Hut, you have lost a...
