I'm always on the lookout for yoga studios close to home, and when a friend recommended Lost Lotus Yoga, I decided to try their Sunday class. The class was intriguingly called 'Get Your S*** Together Sunday' - which appealed to me both for its clever alliteration and the theme of using Sundays in a productive way. I arrived expecting to journal, discuss, and create a weekly priority list before yoga, but discovered the class was primarily yoga with intention journaling at the end - a pleasant surprise. I luckily had a change of clothes in the car and changed into my yoga clothes and out of my journaling clothes in the changing room. Coming from larger studios with extreme temperatures and crowds, Lost Lotus was refreshingly intimate. The studio accommodates perhaps eight people, though my class had just five, not including the teacher. The small class size and relaxed atmosphere created a wonderful space to truly unwind. Cat, the teacher, greeted everyone with a huge warm smile and such genuine sweetness that my ego simply melted away. Under her guidance, I found myself stretching, lengthening, and breathing like a contented cat throughout the session, purring in child pose when possible. Everything about the experience was easy - from booking online to walking through the front door and up the stairs. If you're seeking a sweet, comfortable, and caring space for yoga, Lost Lotus is the perfect studio. I think Sundays here will become a regular part of my routine.

I’ve been to a few Sunday classes with Natasha and here are my honest takeaways: -The studio itself feels like a home as soon as you step into it; small space that feels very personal and intimate, a separate room that is kept cool in case you get too warm and a small kitchen space where tea is made :) -Natasha is an amazing instructor, especially for someone who is just starting out with Yoga. She has made me fall in love with stretching and moving my body, even though I wasn’t sure about Yoga at first. -The non-judgmental nature of this place and the people who frequent it is the main reason I keep going back. Everyone is so welcoming of all levels and it’s always such a beautiful experience! Please do yourself a favor and book a session with Natasha, or any other instructor there. You will definitely not regret it!!

I attended Lost Lotus on Sunday and was blown away! I was hesitant bc I just had a baby 3 months ago & hadn’t been very active but our teacher Natasha made me feel completely comfortable, made modifications for certain poses & it was exactly what I needed! The studio is right in middle of the heights & has a boutique bohemian vibe, perfect for yoga & meditation! I would say the classes here are are for all levels bc the instructor offered modifications for different poses if you needed them. There was even time at the end to reflect & meditate (which I totally needed being a new mom). We were even offered delicious tea/coffee at the end of class! I will definitely be back to Lost Lotus bc it was more than just a class, it was an experience and a great way to start my week!

I have been attending Natasha’s classes in Houston for 2 years. There is something extremely special and calming about her presence, aura and voice. Her classes are my absolute favorite because she has a way of putting me in such a calming state! I was so excited to learn she opened her own studio! She truly has created a magical and therapeutic space that offers more than yoga. She has incorporated so many personal touches to her immaculately and thoughtfully designed studio- my particular favorite, are the eucalyptus towels she drapes on your face after class! After class we enjoy ginger tea and sit in her “Artist Room” where art from local Houston artists fills the walls and chat about life. I have met so many new amazing people there! From the moment you step in her studio you can just feel the love, attention and detail that goes into each class-straight down to every song on her playlist! Plus her line of crop tops and sweaters are so comfortable and such amazing quality! Definitely...

I HIGHLY recommend Lost Lotus Yoga for both the yoga classes offered as well as their Yoga Teacher Training program. I’ve been doing yoga off and on for a few years, but only about 6 months ago recommitted myself to it and started attending classes here with Natasha (the owner) each week. The community that she has fostered at Lost Lotus is truly special and unlike any yoga studio I’ve ever attended. You will absolutely leave any of her classes feeling more connected to yourself and your community while also having deepened your yoga practice. I also made the decision to join her teacher training program and am so glad I did. It was incredibly well-organized and lead with so much heart by Natasha and Lead Teacher Allison. YTT was not only transformative for my yoga practice, but also for me as a person. I emerged feeling prepared to step into teaching and more empowered in my personal life. I can’t recommend Natasha and this...
