Subway — Restaurant in Houston

First I would have given one star if it had only been the female working but the gentleman made it two because even though mistakes were made they at least had a positive attitude about it. My sandwich was burned not toasted. They made another one then I was charged more than the posted price. Which I mentioned and the lady behind the counter had major attitude instead of just looking at the board and seeing I was correct. The guy was polite and we agreed to just throw in a cookie so they didnt have to go through the process of correcting it. Then I realized I didn't have napkins and politely asked for some and here goes this lady's attitude again literally telling me 3 times napkins were in the bag despite me showing her they were not then she has the nerve to go you want.some extra first of all I want some first ones but even if I did have some which I didn't she should have just offered them the first time not argue with me about it. I will not be back to...

I had not been to this location in over 6 months and I should have walked out but I didn't. Never going back. The food prep area was a hot sanitation mess, the trash was overflowing, there was bacon on the lettuce container which is a no-no. The spinach container had good and rotted spinach mixed in. The bathroom was closed but it is no surprise, the only time I have been in that bathroom it was disgustingly dirty. Only two people were behind the counter. I imagine one was the owner/manager and an employee. The employee clearly did not want to be there, she was rude to everyone. The owner /manager guy was nice but it didn't make up for the lack of cleanliness. Both seemed to be perfectly ok with the filth on the prep area. Oh and the small flimsy non-branded napkins are worth gold, more than one is asking...

Every time I come here they never have meatballs. Never. I Follow a woman in and a girl behind the counter helps her. There is a guy mopping the front of house then comes around back. Didn't realize what he was doing at 1st. But he puts on gloves and proceeds to ask me what I wanted with no sense to wash his hands. When I ask for meatball he says "there is none" and the girl pretty much says the same and then rudely adds" the truck come tomorrow". Look I know these kids these days, and believe me I know what it's like to work fast food. But don't do it if you're gonna be a d* and then expect a tip. Pun not intended. This location used to be good and o'boy that owns it used to be on top of it but it's gone down while the prices on everything...
