Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Houston

Ordered online with pick up through the drive thru there today i get there and they tell me it’s not ready and I have to come in I tell them I’m not dressed can. I just come back through the drive through in 10 minutes they tell me I can cancel my order and have some one else pick it up so I go in me they tell me door dash picked up my order it had literally Been 2 minutes I advised that I didn’t order through door dash I wait there 15 minutes and they fix my order with a big side of attitude i get and go home and the order is wrong I then return the food and tell the same manager about the issue she tells me there’s no order for me and sends me to the Popeyes down the street ... i get there and they have no order for me I told the manager and she said call the original Popeyes and have them send over the order and she will fix it.. called 6 times in 15 minutes they don’t answer the phone .... so I go back to the original Popeyes show them my confirmation email and they fix the order I’m there 12 minutes waiting no apology at all just bad attitudes ... i saw people walk out because they’re so slow... also a guy named Brian was there the whole time he ordered a 8 piece and paid inline they did not have his order so he ordered and paid again ... he waited a looooooong time .....i will never go back here and share my experience on every social...

I ordered using the Popeye's app and agreed upon picking up the meal at 4:13 pm. I arrived a 4:15 pm and happily waited in line in the store for my order. All but 1 apple pie was ready so I told the young lady I would be happy taking that off the order or substituting a jalapeño for the pie. She politely stated it would take just 3 minutes to get the order completed. After waiting 14 minutes and watching members of the kitchen staff running outside the front if the store back and forth laughing with each other and friends. I said keep the money for the apple pie or substitute with the already made strawberry pie so I could leave. I explained I had a chemotherapy appointment that I needed to get to. Again the young lady politely but firmly this time told me it would take only 3 minutes to get the pie. After another 11 minutes I said give me the food already getting cold I would be fine. A third time she said it would only take three minutes to get the order completed. All this time the staff continued to run out of the kitchen to the front of the store outside laughing and talking. Miraculously, the pie appeared in 3 minutes. This...

The worst customer service I've experienced so far!! The cashier "Tianna" rang up my order wrong three times, then she was so rude to me rolling her eyes at me like she had something stuck in her eyeball, heavy sighing and then when she finally got the order wrong and I gave her the money she then snatched the money out of my hand smacked her gums rolled her eyes at me and then kept shaking her head! I then had to say "ma'am what is your problem? Why are you having such an attitude with me and being so rude??" ( Mind you I still didn't get my change back yet) she then stopped looked at me rolled her eyes threw up her hands and walked away. The manager had to come and give me my change and I asked for a receipt. They said I couldn't get a receipt (with no explanation) then the second time I asked for one I said I have to have my receipt because I'm calling to let them know how rudely I was treated. After I got my food with a ten piece they didn't even give me any sauce or napkins! Needless to say I will NOT be returning to this location again!! I would have given it 0 stars but...
