Had the all-time worst experience today Maria and I believe her name is Tita killed my whole beautiful mood. I walked in requesting to talk to a manager because the day prior I came in for a BLT, which is just bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. I asked for no tomatoes and pickles, banana peppers and mayonnaise. The lady takes my sandwich put whatever she wants on it And just sells me it so when I get home. And I see that there’s tomatoes in my sandwich is not made how I was asking her to make it as I was walking down the line to make it. I tried to call but no answer so I went up there today after I got off my long day of shift I was going to get my remake and as well order another sandwich Miss Maria and Miss Tita decided not only that they were going to disrespect me, not knowing that I work for the state and that I used to do their inspections at this exact store decided that they were going to utterly disrespect me refuse me service hide in the back and not come out for an hour. I stood at the restaurant for an hour begging to just buy some food real quick. I didn’t even want the remake no more I just wanted to buy my food and nobody service me. I’m reporting this and I want them both fired. This will be going to my supervisor and the manager. Also, I want fired. I was told by Maria that the manager only works in the morning and she’s not going to give a damn about my tomato allergy and she said it in Spanish, not knowing that I am bilingual and I understood her completely. I took pictures and I’m reporting to my corporate agency. I’m reporting to the state they had food left out open they left the bread case open. The oven was open. They just went in the back and refused to serve. People was on their phone, laughing and...
Read moreRegular subway but the staff is awesome especially Arturo! I was standing in line behind literally the most troublesome customer I've ever seen at a food establishment and I've been a waiter for years so I've seen a lot. This lady had the most complicated order I've ever seen at a subway, I didn't even know you could make things complicated at a subway but she found a way to and then proceeded to scold the staff for not ringing her up fast enough and not deciphering how to put her ridiculous order in the computer quickly enough. This went on for a few minutes while the line backed up to about 10 people deep while she attempted to make the staff feel inadequate. She's lucky that Arturo and the rest of the staff have EXCELLENT customer service skills b/c she was being the WORST kind of customer to deal with and I would've fired back if she spoke to me that way whether working at subway or not. She left eventually after which Arturo proceeded to apologize to me for having to wait for that? No apology necessary I felt bad for him b/c nobody deserves to deal with someone like that. Also, the dude has supreme sandwhich making skillz. I didn't know sandwhich rolling could be an art form but that dudes got it figured out. 10/10 would eat a sandwhich...
Read moreNice looking roomy store but one thing I need from Subway is consistency. I eat a Subway every day all over the city of Houston. I eat the same lunch everyday. 6" Rotisserie Chicken and bacon w/pepperjack cheese toasted on Wheat with lettuce onions pickles black olives pepperchini light mayo salt n pepper oil and vinegar the Harvest Cheddar Chips a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup 3 packs of crackers and a 21oz Minute Maid Light Lemonade.
At this location yes they sure did skimp on the veggies. There was no light lemonade only the bluberry pomegranate vitamin water guised as something healthy but that has a ton of calories. The lady who rang me up kinda got an attitude with me when I saw her bagging up my food and I told her my order was for here. When I asked, Dont you guys have baskets that you put the food in for dining in? She just said no we dont have any. When I sat down to eat everything tasted ok for the most part I guess but my soup was not hot and overall I just had a bad taste in my mouth because I did not feel like I was well taken care of. I...
