By far the absolute pitts. Ordered a butterfly shrimp basket amongst other items on the menu only to get home and discover the butterfly shrimp basket was missing after being charge $46 and some change. I called up there several times to get it rectified but they don’t answer phones or at least the number online rings for a minute then sounds like a fax machine. I finally decided to go up there and first spoke with someone via the intercom and explained the situation only to get to the window and meet a not so customer focused manager named Jerimiah who says he’s the manager. I was trying to explain the situation to him, but it turned into something else. All because I didn’t have a receipt when I came back today. I even told him I have photos and video to prove my case. Plus I asked for the Hispanic kid who was at the window at the time I ordered between the hours of 9pm-10pm, but instead of listening and trying to find a solution as they have my money and I still don’t have my shrimp basket Jerimiah unfortunately didn’t help the case and proceeded to get sarcastic about the scenario and I warned him this will go further than his actions have shown. I will make it my point to let it be known, the customer service is absolutely poor and beyond words at this stage and rather unfortunate. I was told the General managers name is Yolanda as well and he would not give me her full name either. This was an absolute waste of time coming here thinking someone would listen to what took place and resolve the issue only to leave disgusted by the sarcasm and disregard for what was being explained. Maybe people come there and ask for free food. I’m far beyond that and this will be the last time I ever buy from this specific location. Absolute trash and no sense of customer service skills. Rather unfortunate that the management team here lacks understanding not to mention customer service skills. It’s not a one size fits all and your location lost a customer and a lot more after this post. Read moreThis location (11318 Westheimer) has to be the WORST location in ALL of Texas. If I could give a ZERO Star I would do so in a Heartbeat. I had stopped Patronizing this location because of the overcooked chicken and dried out red beans and rice. I was in the area and they were close to me so I decided to stop by and pick up an order. I WISH I hadn't done that... NOTHING has changed, the food was HORRIBLE! I ordered the 2 piece chicken (a breast and thigh) or at least I think that's what it was along with red beans and rice with biscuit. The crust on the breast was SO HARD I had to peel it off to get to the meat but it was So dried out I couldn't eat it. The thigh which actually looks like the butt of the chicken was dried out even MORE than the Breast (maybe because it was such a TINY piece it didn't take much to cook all the moisture from it). The biscuit was as hard as a rock and so flattened you couldn't even open it up to butter or put honey on it (if they'd bother to put just one pack of honey in the bag). Obviously they don't keep a manager on duty, otherwise WHY would they allow People's food to go out the door like that? And better yet, WHY would they continue serve food that has obviously been sitting since early morning? With the Economy at it's WORST we ALL deserve to get what we're paying for. Popeyes YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. It's my Opinion that if a person can take no better Pride in his or her Job that should quit and allow someone else step in. At this point I'm referring to the person who bagged my order, who without any regard put the Worst of the Worst in my order, that person should definitely be TERMINATED. Read moreGet rid of the 'Manager' Bianca. We had a terrible experience at this Popeyes. Why? The supposed manager Bianca messed up our order 6 or 7 times. First she doesn't hear correctly. I simply asked for a 16 piece bucket of mild chicken plus 6 more mild breasts. She asked me if I wanted wings. I told her I never uttered the word wings. Then she said half mild half spicy? No I never said spicy. Since it would take 8 minutes to cook our simple order we bought 2 breasts to eat while we waited for our carry out order. After 10 minutes I asked for a bag to take home the chicken we were eating and asked Bianca the status of our 22 pieces of carry out. She said she never put the order in saying something about she thought we were to eat the 22 pieces at the restaurant. Finally after a half hour she started to box up our order in two square boxes not in a bucket. She hands us the supposedly 16 pieces and we ask where are the 6 additional breasts. She then gave us a box of breasts. We then drove home. At home my wife started counting and found we had 4 not six breasts. Then she counted the 16 pieces and found we were short 5 pieces. We called Bianca and she said she was a bit off today in her counting. She said she would give us 4 breasts to make up for her first mistake. When my wife went to pick up the 4 breasts Bianca handed her a box saying here are your 3 breasts. My wife was furious and yelled at Bianca about her lying and asked the other manager to handle all from now on. We finally got the missing pieces from the order of 16 too. Bianco is the most incompetent manager I have ever had the unfortunate luck to deal with in over 60 years. She should be fired and checked for whatever...
