This specific location was the absolute worst place I've been to. I went with a friend who recommended it because she frequents the jersey village location and l was extremely disappointed. The owner lynn (male) was so unprofessional. We arrived a quarter after 1p it wasn't busy and we were assigned a male waiter was under the influence of some sort of alcohol and ordrugs. He took part (2 people) of the order and came back to continue the remaining order (3 people) and when he came back to complete the order he had to retake the entire order because he didn't remember: 30mins later 🙄 he finally brings out 1 child's shrimp order and messed it had no onion rings...then finally brought out the other child order. Later he brought out a kids shrimp basket that we didn't order 😒...and then he brought out my order and my friends order it too was messed up....mind you my daughter's order hadn't been brought out....so l asked to speak with the manager 2x's now we're :50mins into at this location and someone else was sent over to take our entire order all over again because the guy (our original waiter) asked if he could leave because he was dealing with a lot of personal issues with his vehicle. The worst part was the entire visit was they wanted to add to the wrong order (kid shrimp) basket....basically bring out 5 more shrimp and the remaining fries that was cold and ultimately the wrong order fir my daughter 😑, then l became frustrated 😠 and told the manager (lynn) to come to the to table and it was a total waste because he offered NOTHING as an inconvenience and he even wanted to charge the children's partially eaten food l told him absolutely NOT...so we all left without any adults eating a...

Reservations was made online , 5 hours before my date . Upon arriving to this place disaster begins. First the host was rude and a not so truthful person . She told me no reservations was made for me . I showed her the screen shot of the reservation and the confirmation emails & showed her the call I made to the restaurant . She told me it didn’t matter and I had to be put on the waiting list and wait . I waited 45 min still no table I went to the host again she had moved us further down on the list and said we had to wait another 30 minutes and it was 4 more ahead of us and she asked for my phone number to call when the table was ready . 35 min passed I went back to the host to see what the problem was & rude as ever she said she called me and no answer which was the untruth . We waited some more to be seated around 9:15pm our reservation was for 7 pm . Everyone that came in behind us was seated and halfway finished eating . If it wasn’t for the fact it was Sunday , late and on a date ( in which it was her choice of food ) I would’ve left . The manager done nothing he basically stated we was not being truthful about our reservations even showing him proof . The food is okay , the place is over priced , the host and manger are not pleasant and need training . With covid and my hard earn money descent service is desired ....

Placed an order online, i show up to the restaurant, and my order was wrong. when I bring it back to the girl on the register (LEX) She states that it was her mistake and she remakes the order (without an apology). I show her my order summary so she can remake my order and assure no additional mistakes. Yet and still, when i pick up the “new” order, it was still wrong. I was confused to see that the sauce was still not on the side so I asked LEX “What did you do, just cut the heads off of the shrimp?!” she said no it’s headless shrimp, Clearly she didn’t understand that she messed up again, by not putting the sauce on the side. Maybe if the concern was reading the ticket orders properly versus scrolling TikTok and IG, maybe my order wouldn’t be wrong!!! i just left the restaurant and vowed to never come back again. I normally go to lotus to get my seafood boils, but came here based on recommendations. First time, and last time…, NEVER AGAIN will i place an order or eat here based off this experience . update the potatoes were overcooked and soggy, the sauce tasted like water with old bay seasoning and was a bit salty, the corn could have been cooked another minute or two. The shrimp and crab legs were ok, but overall very disappointed, i should have requested a refund when the order wasn’t correct the...

There are signs at the door and on the menu no refunds or exchange in food is given. “Read the menu before you order” clearly printed on the menu. At first I wasn’t sure why they would feel the need to post a comment in direct opposition of good customer service. My first choice: gumbo - apparently not available. So order the shrimp headless for $19.99 Well, they mean what they say about reading the menu. What is printed is EXACTLY what you get. Lemons and condiments are charged. A single corn and single baby red potato comes with 12 shrimp steamed in a bag. I ordered “The Boom” and Fire hot. Salt was the main ingredient with garlic as the next ( I love garlic- it made it edible) My friend had snow crab and shrimp. Literally when they say 2 clusters they mean it. They don’t disclose they are SMALL clusters with only 2-3 legs. Not worth the $30. The waiter was hard working and nice. I asked for no concessions and paid the +2$ for lemon and butter. Lame American beer options: millet, bud, michelob ultra. Wine options are: Woodbridge. I ordered grey goose and soda - definitely wasn’t grey goose and if it was, it was masked by the 99% club soda. There are better places to eat and have a cocktail with your Cajun boil. Try them first.

We decided to try this place on a whim after leaving another restaurant (whose name starts with “Red”) that was taking way too long. It turned out to be a great decision! Even though it was busy, we were greeted and seated pretty quickly. Our waiter was hilarious—he took our orders without writing anything down but made sure to repeat them a few times to confirm. Overall, the service was fantastic. I ordered the shrimp and snow crab with sausage and onion rings. The seasoning was mild, but it leaned close to medium—just the right amount of flavor. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. One thing I really appreciated was how clean the restrooms were, making it easy to wash off all the deliciously messy juices from the meal. The restaurant also has wheelchair access and a full bar. The drinks were strong and really well-made. The atmosphere was lively—every staff member had a smile on their face, and every guest seemed to be having a great time. They played some loud old-school music, which added to the fun vibe and helped drown out the sound of everyone enjoying their food. All in all, this place is a gem. I’m definitely coming back!
