Used to be professional/trust worthy in selling advertised condition of “returns” regardless of the day you went. You bought overstock or returns that were actually still a usable product with the pieces it came with. Products can’t be destroyed or missing parts usually in order to return to Amazon or any retailer for a refund.

Crazy HD are now re-taping up opened, highly sifted, damaged packages with destroyed products. Sometimes with random pieces added in. So selling items that are completely broken, stained and cannot be used or repaired in any way and are not in the “return” condition it came from Amazon or whatever retailer.

They are also excessively strict on the customers, with lack of transparency of what condition is in the box, fully taping over the retailer white stickers of what the product description is, no exchange policy and fees to even use debit, but no regard on checking condition of opened, sifted products that have been destroyed on the tables and just re-sealing up broken trash and selling it to you as a “return” condition.

They should have separate table(s) for “trash/parts” for things fully trashed, torn up, separated, destroyed, spilled on and not salvageable for half the daily price or even less. Like 2 for $1 or something.

Bought a sealed box of glasses and all of them were broken. They were shoved in their plastic so when I had the girl there open the box to check contents I didn’t see the full condition and random pieces. When I got home saw they were all cracked with a random wire adapter and broken xmas ornament inside.

Before when you bought a sealed box there, had them open it just to scan what it was, you knew it was as stated.

Now you need to go through the item condition thoroughly, even if it’s in a sealed box and plastic, check all the pieces inside to make sure they are not crushed, is all there nor any random junk stuffed in.

Saw appliances with all wires hanging out, no adapters, vacuums with no factory batteries or adapters, mobile accessories completely crushed resealed in their packaging. Tool boxes with no latches or any tools.

Even if reduced for $5 or even $2. Destroyed items aren’t worth any money to families going there to buy for their use. Especially when many of these items can be bought new or used at Amazon, a thrift for slightly more with all of its parts & not needing repairs or bought at dollar store in...

Today I visited this store and felt great discrimination like never before in my life and nowhere. Since their boxes are closed and you can't see what's in the box I saw everyone opening boxes around me so I opened a couple of boxes myself without I was damaged. One of the employees approached me and told me not to open the boxes, to which I replied that I didn't know I shouldn't. And I showed him all the people around who were opening the boxes. that I will not do more, which I have not done but not once. I saw him following me and since many boxes were already open, I just looked at one of them and that same worker approached me a minute later and told me very boldly to leave the store, I was shocked and demanded that he explain to me why and I explained to him that I did not open a single box after his warning, that he could look at their cameras, but he immediately started calling sikirity as if I had done something wrong, passionately, I felt so ashamed, I asked him why he was just following me as if I was the only one in the store, and there were at least 60 other people next to me. He was very cheeky and rude that I had no words, when I looked around I realized that I was the only white person in the store then I felt that only treated me like that even though I saw that the others were still opening the packages but he persistently only forced me to leave the bar. In my 56 years I have never but never felt more racism than in this store !!!! SHAME THIS IS THE 21ST CENTURY! !! IF YOU ARE WHITE, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP EVER BECAUSE YOU WILL BE TREATED AS A CRIMINAL WITHOUT ANY REASON. When I asked to talk to the manager, because I responsibly claim that I did nothing wrong, he told me that he was the manager. When I asked name of his manager he told me that he would not give me the name of his manager. When I asked for the phone number to complain he told me that they do not have a phone number which is not true. His name is Raten Moore. Update 2024: why won’t they just take a picture of the product and save the time so that way ppl don’t open the boxes. Makes more sense!! Keeps store more organized less work on employees!

If your using credit or debit card add $0.23 per item roughly. And they’ve already raised up prices $1.00 from last year. Used to be my fav store but I don’t do greedy!

2022: My brand new guilty pleasure!! OMG!!! How much fun!!! Definitely a thrifty like me dream! It’s like I got a slice of heaven today! Like wow! Who would’ve known! So much fun stuff! So much usefulness! Like I absolutely love it! Staff was friendly enough for me! They explained stuff for me, opened boxes, were very helpful! I had so much fun! Definitely a spot for a mommy get away for great prices neche items, clothes, YOU NAME IT!! 😍 or a girlfriends trip when you want to escape! Like Wowzer! I absolutely love this store!! It’s very clean! Going though things can get messy but staff does there best getting trash and broken items out of the way!

Don’t go in to rush shop!

Let the staff open the boxes in case you don’t want what’s inside they can tape things back up properly! That way everything attached stays attached! It’s only fair to other customers! Just respect what they ask!

Bring GLOVES!! Because it’s tables set up and you’ll be touching a lot of things!

Be considerate of others, no need for madness, I found several of the same things at different tables, If your supposed to have it, you’ll find it!
