The Popeye's Chicken sandwich (spicy) is my absolute favorite. The chicken is well cooked and breaded very nicely, the size of the chicken relative to the bread is perfect and it is very well spiced. My one complaint is the sauce: DONT BE STINGY WITH IT! The sauce is amazing, and I can't get enough. It saddens me to see that the amount of sauce sometimes isn't much, perhaps it's to entice you to buy another one? But that's my only complaint from the sandwich. The chicken here keeps you coming back for more and is a very filling meal when combined with the beans+rice, the biscuits, and the fries. I'm probably biased because of my enjoyment of Popeye's Chicken but the sides are so delicious they could conceivably stand alone without the chicken. The inside is a little cramped but it's nice and has a lighthearted feel to it and service can be quite quick depending on the time you visit. However, on the opposite side of the coin, lines can be obnoxiously long and wait times increase; Even though the lines can sometimes be long, it is very much well worth the weight.

Went to buy dinner for the family at Popeye on Broadway and Bellfort... Waited about 25 min. in line... Asked if it was all there, the guy running the drive- thru says, yes... So I come home, just to find out they did not put the popcorn shrimp in, I had ordered... So I told my family go ahead and eat, I'll go back and get them... So I get there, go inside receipt in hand... I give the guy at the counter my receipt, let him know the popcorn shrimp was not in the bag... So he hands my the receipt back... I'm thinking, ok guess he will take care of it... He hands me the bag, box inside, so i take it out... The box has about enough to fill the bottom of the box... I let him know, I sat in line about 25min. to spend almost $85.00, they forget some of my order that is clearly on a screen in front of them, drive home, back again, and then he hands me a pretty much empty box of popcorn shrimp... Wow great service.. Thank you, to all the hard workers, at our Popeye's on Broadway...

Worst drive thru ever someone was infront of me and i clearly hear them taking their order i pull up n i wait there for like 15 mins no 'hold one sec or give me a min' or nothing cars pulling up behind me even a elder man got out his car to ask me if they havent took my order made me feel bad , so everyone left i pull up to the window n no apology for the waiting or anything im sure they clearly saw me since i pull up to the drive thru menu . The day before i went thru drive thru as well like around 10:20 not a single person attended me until i pull up to the window n saw this chick clearly doing NOTHING just to tell me that they werent opening till 10:30 i pull up to that window at 10:27 she didnt even apologize either i got really mad and left , this place needs new team staffs people that really actually want to work n make money this place just gets worst n worst, staff had the uglies ruddest attitudes , whats so hard about simple stuffs, would never recomend this...
