This location received one because there was not a lesser option. Mistakenly, and after request from teenagers, I visited this "restaurant", of which I use the term loosely; only to be disappointed for the second and last time. I thought I remembered a negative experience a few years back, but wasn't sure until this visit. Looking for a less expensive option to dine. This was not it.. I got the 2fer whoppers and inquired of the chicken sandwiches, I was told was 2fer 6. 40 nuggets which should've been $6, and onion rings. So, how was that $20 without the chicken sandwiches? So, I send the youth back in to get the sandwiches I'd requested, and sauce (as there were only 4 in the bag for everything-40nuggets and onion rings.) There was no ketchup either.. They came back much later 15/20 minutes; with the sandwiches at a cost of 9.98 (about that) So, $10.00 for what I was told would be $6. Oh! And the sauce? That would be extra of course. We'd only spent $30. Why would we expect "free" sauce? If the "restaurant" has done due diligence in cost analysis, then each of the items such as napkins, paper bags, sauce, etc. is factored into the cost of the food item purchased. It is tacky to ask for exorbitant amounts of money to make the meal complete, when it is barely "food" in the sense of taste or nutrition, in my opinion. The "whoppers" seemed small, and were dry and cold, with minimal vegetables (lettuce and tomato, onions, etc.). Some may prefer their burger this way. It is hard to imagine. At least it is "false advertising". Our experience was not fast, and the product was barely edible as food. I gave the burger to my dog. The nuggets were ok, but by the time I'd gotten over the defunct hunger/the burger hype, sauce, bad service trilogy, there was little appetite for anything else. The saddest part was that I remembered when I lived in the area; when the burger king was new, and you could smell the "aroma" of the "smoke" throughout the neighborhood. I could never finish one. "Burger Park" actually had competition for a moment. ...
Read moreI ordered an ice cream cone (because I wanted to eat the cone) when the cashier fixed it she touched all on the top of the cone so I asked her to put it in the cup bc her hands touched it. She told me “next time you should order the cup” then instead of giving me my food went to say smthn to her coworker for her to bring it to me. So I explained to the coworker that I wasn’t trying to be mean but she touched the cone and is touching the the register, money, the counter and whatever so I asked if I cld get a different cone and she tried to give me the same one so I said no I just want a cone the coworker acted like she was frustrated and left the window and the other girl came back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO UNDERSTANDING. NOBODY WANTS TO EAT SOMETHING THAT A PERSON BARE HANDS IS TOUCHING WHILE RUNNING A REGISTER DEALING WITH MONEY AND WHATEVER ELSE IN THE MEAN TIME. U touching all on something that goes in someone’s mouth and get an attitude when they ask for one your hands didn’t touch. No customer service at all. And I’m calling cooperate because there should be a rule when touching things that customers have to eat. Not to mention I didn’t even get my cookies I PAID for because they were too busy being rude like they didn’t want to...
Read moreI am livid at the sorry excuse of a manager you have at this location. I asked for a refund & was immediately told to contact my bank for a refund... from Burger King... Where do they do that at? Alberto is the most incompetent manager breathing within those walls. He told me to look for a "cancel button" within the application. I knooooow for a fact that support has to be contacted so I asked how do I contact you support& again this manager refused to look into it even. He told me to allow him to talk just to tell me to call my bank. Stated to contact my bank to cancel an order. UNPROFESSIONAL & UNACCEPTABLE! I'm going to social media next because he tried to secretly advise a crew member to call the police in Spanish. What have we learned about police & African American? Was this suppose to be a scare tactic? I waited as long as I could for the police but I was late for an appointment thus my reason for cancelling on top of the experience of it all. NOT EVERY BLACK YOU CROSS PATHS WITH OS IGNORANT AND WE'RE IN TEXAS SO OF COURSE I...
