Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Houston

Last night I visited this Pizza Hut location and I really didn't feel like going out. It was cold and a little late, but the kids were hungry! Of course I used the drive thru service, and there were two cars in front of me. Didn't take long as I expected, because I had not even called in my order. Any way after ordering and receiving my pizza, my truck fell dead. OMG how embarrassing! But the manager on duty, came and drove his car around to give me a jump, thank God I already had jumper cables! But that didn't work and him and I were out there a looooog time. Then the manager suggested we'll have the truck(expedition) pushed to the nearest parking spot. I was like uhmm ok, thinking how we gone do this? He asks for my pizza and ordered me a hot fresh one, then all of a sudden I see all these guys coming around the corner, in black coats. Thought I was about to be mugged, lol, but it was all the male crew from PIZZA HUT!!! I was like awww, then yaahh my truck was parked! I would just like to say they went beyond customer service satisfaction!! Pizza was good, kids were happy, and they will receive my business again! Thank You Pizza Hut Crew @7815...

First and damn last time. So after sitting at home waiting for 2 hours for my delivery and repeatedly calling to no one picking up I decided to drive down there. I get there and my food is sitting in the warmer oven. The girl up front has a care less type of attitude and when i ask her how long my food has been in the wondow she says she doesn't know. I get my food finally and the manager comes up saying that the driver had issues with his car and plus it was flooded. I said well amazingly i made it here and i do understand it is flooded in some areas how about you guys call folks to let them know what is going on. He says sorry but the computers were down. I said okay thats fine. He then hands mw my soggy ass pizza, wet chicken bites that have sweated out, soggy garlic knots and says well i can take off the delivery charge. At this point im just like whatever. So my 40.00 meal that i waited 2 hours for, drove 15 mins to get, got discounted 3.00. Yall can kiss my ass. Don't worry about me going...

Terrible will not come back again, when we walked from home to pick up order the front door was locked and when I knocked I was signaled to go around by a worker inside, as I proceed to walk to the side door it was also locked. Only after knocking and waving at the worker did he come to open the door and tell us that the doors close at 9 p.m. which it doesn't say that time period on the front door and wouldn't make since if people want to place walk in orders. But the worker said we could only pick up order through the drive thru window. After I explained we walked to pizza hut he still made me stand with a line of cars behind me to get my order since I had already paid for it on an online order. To top it off the car I was waiting to move in front of me in the drive thru didn't get served and was honking to alert the workers he was waiting and was never given any attention.
