Thai Xuan Village — Local services in Houston

There are some good and bad sides, but consider the low rent makes it good choice. Good: Quiet. Majority of tenants are working adults and retirees. Safe. Mixed of all races, but majority are Vietnamese origin people Low rent Pets and stray (cats) are friendly enough Security. Not sure if they work in daytime, but definitely do at night Parking. Every apartment have 2 designed lots Right across the street are grocery store, gym, restaurants

Bad: Manholes look like potholes (not a lot though) Stray cats. Not sure if anybody control their population Depend on tenants to take care of common area. So, small trash are laying around. Stairs and walking corridors are serviceable but...

It’s a strange smell everyday in the hallways & the landlords does nothing but take peoples money . Currently in the building the no hot water , security is barely here , rodent issue ), roach issue , potholes in the parking lot an the stray cats around here are nicer than the people all they do is stare as if they Haven’t seen you...

This is the most scariest place of all places that I had visited. Over crowded with ton of car parked, trash everywhere, no security at all and geez, people here can not drive. Pot holes everywhere and it will just...
