On 21 June 2024 my daughter and I entered this restaurant. We decided to split a Caniac Combo and buy an extra drink. The food was hot, and up until that point my only complaint was that the tenders were REALLY small. As we sat there talking I noticed that my daughter was looking uncomfortable. The she started frantically shaking her head no. I looked over to my right and saw a young man rapidly approaching us. He turned towards me and held up a small plastic bag. I was telling him "No thank you" before I even realized what he was saying to me. Then he asked me again. If I wanted to buy weed. While I was sitting at a table eating with my daughter. I said no again, this time with more force. He didn't even seem to comprehend that he was upsetting us. He said "I know that ya'll eating right now" then he looked at my daughter and asked her if she wanted to buy it. She shook her head again. He walked away and went to another table and asked the people sitting there. Then he left and walked towards Mc Donald's. For some reason no one else seemed to care that this had happened. The exchange hadn't been quiet and there were even two employees in the lobby by us when thus happened. It was business as usual. I've never been so uncomfortable in my life. And angry. It was almost like he was going to make us buy weed from him in the middle of a crowded fast food restaurant. He was very comfortable approaching us and from the non reaction of the employees I don't think thar this was an isolated incident. This isn't Raising Cane's that I normally go to. I don't even live in Houston. I'm not sure if we'll be going back to the restaurant period, but if we do it definitely won't be this one. From now on I'm sticking to the rivers and the lakes that...
Read moreThis one star rating it is to get the managements attention. Please read my review with open mind. At 2:07pm today Jun 14th of 2015. I walked in to the store and whatever I see I lost my appetite to dining argue my business to this place. Right by the drink station there is a round corner booth. One of the team member and her girlfriend openly hugging and kissing and being inappropriate and where there's other customers are sitting with the kids. It doesn't matter if you are on break or in your day off if you are wearing the company t-shirt and hats it miss your representing the company. People doesn't know that if you're on break. So please go and check your camera to the management and fix these issues. I forgot to mention one more thing that after working out from the store I was just feeling bad and I decide to bring it to the management attention so at 1:12 p.m. I called the store and there's a young lady picked up the phone identify herself as the manager and three times I asked her for her name she refused to give me her name and her attitude and behaviors was rude and ugly. Once I explained to her but why did I walked out from the store she defended her employee and told me that the person was of the clock I tried to make her understand that even the employees are of the clock they are not supposed to be doing such a thing while they're wearing companies uniform. I told her that I always come over there and bring my kids and I didn't feel comfortable and she told me if I want I can call the corporate and then she hung up on me. I think that person should go through the...
Read moreI never have a problem on the weekdays at this location, but the weekends are different. Idk if this is a, supervisor, or managerial issue, but the weekend crew seems untrained and have to ask permission for every little thing. Would not be surprised if they have to ask for permission to fart. While ordeing a Caniac Combo, the cashier asked Lemonade or Sweet Tea. I asked to taste the Lemonade, since I've never had it. The scrambled and confused cashier asked the runner who told me, "Oh, it's just Lemonade with green food coloring." I asked to taste, she says, "We can't do that." I said, "Why not? If I purchase a gallon without tasting, and don't like it, are you going to give me a refund?" She then says, "Let me ask my manager." Not realizing I could hear their conversation consisting of "That's weird, right?" I never knew it was weird to taste something I've never had, being heavily advertised. I doubt what I wanted would put them out of business, but I told them nevermind since it was a big deal. Then I qualified for a free drink and wanted iced tea. The cashier got the size of my drink wrong, and then told me I could only get Lemonade, and came with the "Let me ask my manager" This all could've been avoided. Guess I have to check which supervisor is...
