On the night of a Houstons Texans game: Google says open until 2am. Dining is open until 11pm. At 10:45pm we walked in, tables dirty, most chairs put up, tables folded down. Ordered two 3 piece chicken meals. It came out cold and soggy- chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast. At 10:50 they locked the doors. They didn't have BBQ sauce and didn't want to give ketchup. Dine-in is closed, cars in drive thru wrapped around the building. 5+ employees sitting in the dining room. An employee with a headset looking like a drive thru attendant in the dining room socializing. Horrible service. Horrible atmosphere.

I just can’t get enough of their chicken “or” their outstanding customer service! Listen, if smiles were truly contagious EVERYONE that walked through their doors would be smiling ALL day long! The food is absolutely delicious and the employees have an incredibly positive attitude. It’s a rare find and I strongly encourage you to give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. Their policy is “Fresh Never Frozen” and you can certainly tell it. Omar is one of the managers and he is a great guy that will go out of his way to see that you’re experience is a pleasant one.

The place is great and workers are great as well, but the app for mobile orders is trash. I’ve been waiting over 20 min and I’ve seen the drive-thru line get their orders before me. What’s the point of the mobile order then if not time wasting. Or perhaps the person doing the mobile orders isn’t paying attention. AVOID THE APP AT ALL COSTS. Just do drive-thru for quicker service. EDIT: after 30 min I walked in to ask. It was sitting on the table for no reason. EDIT#2: I will be calling on my day off Monday. October 11, 2021. Thanks for the response.

Visit this location on my lunch break. I went back to the office to enjoy my lunch. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to enjoy due to finding HAIR in my food. I was immediately disgusted. I called and spoke with a gentleman. He was very professional and apologetic about the HAIR. Dre stated over the phone he will make the order over whenever I chose to return just mentioned I spoke with him and show my receipt if he wasn't at work. I went back on yesterday and did as Dre told me. I explained EVERYTHING to the gentleman in the drive thru. He had me to pull around to the front and wait for my food. Lets just say I was treated as if it was my fault for HAIR being in my food and I did NOT get my food. Due to the GM unpleasant attitude I rather wait until Drea is at work. The GM attitude is nasty. Future references listen, apologize, solve the issue, and thank whomever chose to spend their hard working money with the...

This is a prime example of simplicity at its best. They do a few items and don't have large large selection of food items and it has made them excel in what they do. This also speeds up the process in the drive-through line because the menu is simple and it's easy for everybody to make a choice. The chicken fingers are very amazing they are not spicy and they are always fresh tasting. If you want a little zip try their dipping sauce. Those crinkle cut fries hearken to the days of mom taking a bag of Ore Ids crinkle cut fries and making them for dinner. Their coleslaw is really good with a little hint of I think horseradish. They also make a keen Arnold Palmer very good drink refreshing and they have that really good crushed ice. I think you should try them I think you would really like them. They also have an awesome picture of a golden lab with sunglasses who they named the...

Paid by card, not provided receipt and upon reaching window to collect food was denied my order. After at least 5 minutes at the window and refusing to drive off until I received the food I had paid for, the order was reluctantly provided. I was expected to contact my bank to verify my payment of which I had no way of doing while at the window. After driving home I verified that the payment was accepted and called back to let Cane's know. Asked to talk to the manager, was not provided the name and was hung up on. Ten calls back I finally got the manager to respond and Cane's was informed the payment had been accepted. Food satisfactory but system of payment needs to be reviewed and employees retrained and be a lot better at serving their customers. It will be a while before I return and hopefully these problems will...
