Visit this location on my lunch break. I went back to the office to enjoy my lunch. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to enjoy due to finding HAIR in my food. I was immediately disgusted. I called and spoke with a gentleman. He was very professional and apologetic about the HAIR. Dre stated over the phone he will make the order over whenever I chose to return just mentioned I spoke with him and show my receipt if he wasn't at work. I went back on yesterday and did as Dre told me. I explained EVERYTHING to the gentleman in the drive thru. He had me to pull around to the front and wait for my food. Lets just say I was treated as if it was my fault for HAIR being in my food and I did NOT get my food. Due to the GM unpleasant attitude I rather wait until Drea is at work. The GM attitude is nasty. Future references listen, apologize, solve the issue, and thank whomever chose to spend their hard working money with the...
Read moreThis is a prime example of simplicity at its best. They do a few items and don't have large large selection of food items and it has made them excel in what they do. This also speeds up the process in the drive-through line because the menu is simple and it's easy for everybody to make a choice. The chicken fingers are very amazing they are not spicy and they are always fresh tasting. If you want a little zip try their dipping sauce. Those crinkle cut fries hearken to the days of mom taking a bag of Ore Ids crinkle cut fries and making them for dinner. Their coleslaw is really good with a little hint of I think horseradish. They also make a keen Arnold Palmer very good drink refreshing and they have that really good crushed ice. I think you should try them I think you would really like them. They also have an awesome picture of a golden lab with sunglasses who they named the...
Read morePaid by card, not provided receipt and upon reaching window to collect food was denied my order. After at least 5 minutes at the window and refusing to drive off until I received the food I had paid for, the order was reluctantly provided. I was expected to contact my bank to verify my payment of which I had no way of doing while at the window. After driving home I verified that the payment was accepted and called back to let Cane's know. Asked to talk to the manager, was not provided the name and was hung up on. Ten calls back I finally got the manager to respond and Cane's was informed the payment had been accepted. Food satisfactory but system of payment needs to be reviewed and employees retrained and be a lot better at serving their customers. It will be a while before I return and hopefully these problems will...
