Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Houston

Terrible. Pizza wasn't cooked through. Salad was wilted. The turkey and bacon smelled so bad I couldn't eat it.

Staff was ok? I don't blame them for being sad, I would be too if I worked here.

2 veggie pizzas and 2 side salads= $55 and we ate maybe 1/2 cause it was so bad.

Good job focus brands and roark capital. You guys are doing a great job revitalizing the brand.

The United terminal at HIA is a food wasteland unless you love the lowest quality fast food.

Update: four hours later and as expected our stomachs are upset. My wife and I agree this is the worst airport food...

I can't remember the last time I saw 3 people who didn't give a rats ass as much as these 3. Ordered soup, she asked if they had soup and didn't get an answer, I asked for mayo,no i e could tell me if they had any. I was told she's filling in for someone and doesn't know anything. I walked away not ordering. No lines shoulda been the tip off....

After 2 visits to the Houston airport, and 4 airport workers telling me there was no more Schlotzskys in the airport anymore, I finally found it after they changed my gate to F24. Best Original sandwich in the world. This was not the best location, but...
