Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Houston

A couple of us didn't feel like going out for lunch, so we Ubered. I wanted to play in the sandbox too and was excited to see they offered gluten free bread for the sandwiches! (I usually get a salad) I paid extra for that and a medium size, when it came it was a small. However, I called the store and the man explained they only have one size bread, but it comes with the meat of a medium. I am perfectly good with that. I think the only request I would have is to toast it if possible. Some GF bread does not have a good texture or taste, but it was good and the bread was fresh.

Also, the man who delivered the order was kind enough to call me and let me know he had left it in our reception area. I thought that was thoughtful :-)

I didn't like this place at all!!!! The costumer service was horrible. I placed an order, expecting a different type of bread. When I got my order, even though it was different, I was still ok with my sandwich. The employees took this as an offense I guess and started talking bad about me in Spanish. Unfortunately for them, I'm a Spanish speaker. It was really disrespectful and I'm really upset because I love the food, but the service is just awful and I probably will...

Yum. Yum. Yum. Great food, as always, ordered The Original (medium size) in a combo meal, so it comes with chips and a drink, I got sweet tea. The medium size is big enough to share if you aren’t super hungry, I was able to eat the whole medium myself, but also felt very hungry. Saved the chips for later. Location wasn’t super easy to get into and park and it was a little messy inside, but it was rainy outside so I think some of the dirt...
