Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Houston

This is absolutely the worst Shipley Donuts ever, it’s conveniently located to my house, however, I will continue to drive to the one on Westhimer road. All I ever order is 2 glazed donuts warmed.. unfortunately, the women can’t seem to warm up some dang donuts. Who puts donuts in the microwave until the donuts are piping hot, soggy and all the glaze melted off… this is very poor service in which I receive every time I come to this location. Management Please higher new workers that understands food and service… these type of ppl workers are liabilities and will bring about many lawsuits for the company…. My whole donut experience and morning ruined because of Shipley Donuts… Please Do better 😡🤬 wasted $2.58. Shipley Donuts on Dairy Ashford and Briar Forest… keep driving...

Went in today with my husband. The earl sausage and cheese was probably the best quality kolache I've ever had from a Shipley's. It was warm and the bread was just slightly crispy and soft. My chocolate filled donut also had the most chocolate in it that I've EVER had from any Shipley's (and trust me, I've been to many Shipley's). A lot of Shipley's will be extremely stingy with the chocolate, sometimes they'll put just enough to make it look like some is coming out and then you realize that was it after you take a bite. The only small complaint was that there weren't too many options in terms of donuts, but we did go at 2pm so that is completely understandable. I wish I lived closer to...

Q: may I have a dr. Pepper easy ice? A: we only have bottles of dr. Pepper.

Q: may I have a cup of ice with bottled dr. Pepper? A: we have ice and we have cups but we don't have the correct cups for the ice so no you cannot have a cup of ice with your bottle of dr. Pepper.

Q:May I have the phone number to reach your manager and complain? A: I don't have any phone number to reach a manager but they're watching me on camera and everything I do.

Employee is wearing a mask and gloves but uses the same gloves to process our money and then serve the donuts. Only one employee on site so he's forced to process money and serve donuts simultaneously. No napkins...
