Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Houston

So I did have an experience this morning at Shipley's Donuts a couple of things I'd like to point out the young lady who took my order to order incorrectly for separate times finally we get the order I hand her my corporate American Express card she hands me a receipt tells me to sign it and walks away from the window when I realize she did not give me my credit card back immediately I laid on my horn she never came back to the window when she did come to the window I said as politely as I could next time I come here I hand you my credit card you will hand me my credit card directly back once it has been swiped lesson learned tell her or her manager I decided to tell her but I will look for my charges on my American Express careful out there guys lot of dirty people out there when it comes to your cards...

I ordered for 4 jelly filled donuts... to be specific I asked for 2 strawberry filled and 2 lemon filled donuts but that's not what I got; however I did get the 2 lemon filled but instead of the strawberry filled Donuts I got two strawberry icing tops Donuts that's not what I asked for I specifically said strawberry field because I can't eat icing topped anything.. it makes no sense that I had to go to another Shipley's location to get the right type of Donuts that I ordered and asked for. This location employee needs to Start rechecking or repeating the order to the customer to make sure they have the order right before they go and put the donuts in the bag and hand it to the customer that would fix any miscommunications or misunderstandings between the customer and...

I bought a dozen donuts this morning. I brought 2 to work in a ziplock bag. I was just going to heat them and eat, when I noticed little black mold spores. Again, I bought these today. Just a few hours ago. I tried to call and speak with a manager, but the number is out of service. I'm not very happy with Shipley's right now. I'd like a refund, but honestly with my hectic work schedule (no off days), I doubt I can come in anytime soon.
