I am so disappointed with this location. First of all I ordered my food online, thinking this would save me some time. It said my order would be ready by 3:45. I arrived at 3:46 and there was not a worker in sight but I did notice a bag sitting underneath the heat lamps with my name on it. I waited a few minutes and still no-one came to the counter. So I went to the restroom to wash my hands and when I returned there were 4 customers ordering food. When it was my turn, I asked for my order. The cashier handed me my bag and turned to walk off. So I'm like I haven't paid yet. I hand him my card and I proceed to check my order while he's running my card. I notice the fries are cold and hard. So I asked him, "are these not fresh fries?" He tells me, "I don't know, but you had an online order and we can't guarantee that your food will be fresh and hot." So I said, "what do you mean you can't guarantee? These fries aren't even warm." He then tells me, "well wet start making your order are soon as you order it and we don't have a microwave so I can't warm them up for you." I asked for new fries and he acted like I was asking for too much by wanting hot fries. Then on top of that my burger didn't even have everything I asked for and it looked a mess. Ado to avoid causing a scene I just took my new hot fries and left. I will not be returning to this location again the customer service is beyond sub-par. Please do better...

and I notice as she is taking my order she has ugly warts all over her hands and open sores.
On my receipt it reads 2 sweet potato fries so I had to ask another staff member to correct that for me and told her I wanted regular fries not sweet potato or rosemary, just regular sea salt seasoned fries, she said she would take care of it.
While I'm waiting for my order I notice Dazin making shakes for other customers without properly washing her hands she just wipes them with I'm guessing an old rag in a bucket of bleach water and doesn't use gloves as she is preparing these shakes with warts all over her hands/open sores.
My order comes out and as I'm checking it I notice there is no bacon on my burger like I requested so I had to ask someone to correct this issue. (bacon clearly printed on the order and receipt)
I get to work and as I'm eating I notice the Fries are still wrong they gave me rosemary Fries instead.
I am very unsatisfied with the performance of this location and hope that in the future this will be corrected. But for now I don't see myself going back for a while until I can get better feedback...

They told my driver, me, and UberEats customer service rep all different things and refused to refund an order cancelled after a 39 additional minute wait for wings (on top of 35 minute wait already.) So I was charged $57 for food that was already late and that they couldn't fulfill timely. Never received the food, they DGAF. Through the UberEats rep, they offered "You could come pick it up" when even the drivers are like "nah." They earned the $57 "for their time" according to UberEats. What a scam. The employees working on the evening of 11/22/22 should be fired, as they are thieves. Every time I order from this store (at least 5 or 6 times), the food tastes terrible by the time I receive it because the store is very slow in notifying drivers that the food is ready and has been ready. Consistently disappointing, but this "it was ready, thanks for the free $57" finally has me giving up on this high school level of service. Why offer BOGO wings if you can't fulfill the order?
