Terrible customer service! The associate acted like he was frustrated with us and did not want to help. I came in after having spent hours over the phone trying to fix an issue regarding the transfer of a line. I was tired of having to repeat myself. My sister-in-law was also there because the issue involved her account as well. He just kept explaining the same thing to us over and over instead of listening. He told us we would have to call the finance department to dispute the bill. So basically the store was no help. We called T-mobile and told them the issue AGAIN and explained we were in the store and was told to call them. She asked why and we were like that's what the associate said...ugh, the run around. The associate didn't really explain so she asked to speak with him. He had walked off. He rudely took a phone call and went to the back. The rep on the phone was waiting for him to come back and he never did. We asked one of the other associates to tell him we needed him. We he finally came out he was still on his personal phone. He went over to the other associates and talked to them, laughed and then went back to the back. He never came back. The rep on the phone asked us to ask for a manager. We did and Jamail came over to help. He at least attempted to see what the problem was and he explained what he could. This visit to the store was a complete waste of my time. The first associate was very rude and arrogant. What's the point of having a store if I still have to call just to get the proper help. The store associates should be ashamed of themselves because most of them were just standing around looking at us struggling and...
Read moreThe lady manager was rude and petty af. She pronounced my name wrong and i corrected her. She proceeded to pronounce my name wrong again. I corrected her one more time. She finally started calling my name right. Mind you my name is only 5 letters long and two syllables. When someone comes in the store not in the happiest mood because they had lost their expensive phone. And they are trying to replace it and spend another $1k plus. The last thing you want to do is UP SELL them. The dude i know he was doing his job can't fault him for that. He literally asked me like 4-5 type of up sale. By the 2nd question - I told him I did not want anything but the phone he asked the 3rd. I said i'm good. By the fourth up sell - I got frustrated and simply said Buddy, please go get my new phone. The petty rude manager came and stated I was rude and proceed to call my name wrong again which i know she did purposely. If my daughter was not with me she would received an appropriate response from me. That's...
Read moreMade a quick stop one afternoon to make a payment. The first person I encountered was nice and greeted me. Didn't wait more than 1 min before someone attended me.
Sarah is the representative that assisted me with my payment. She was very friendly and nice. I liked her customer service and help. She also offered suggestions on how I could take better advantage of my current plan, I guess that's what they do, but she did not insist after telling her what I already had in mind and that it was okay. She understood and suggested calling customer service instead of having to go in to a store to make the changes I had in mind for this account.
Unlike others I've encountered who persistently insist on making changes even after telling them no but thank you. That really annoys me about most. I understand that's part of their job but come on, you don't have to continue to insist after at most the second time of saying no thanks.
Anyways, Sarah was helpful and nice. Good customer service. No issues...
