I really don’t tend to give reviews but this time around I felt compelled to let yall know about my experience. I’ve read other reviews and mine will pretty much mirror the rest. I’ve been here several times and it always seems to be a fail. I come to this location when my job sends me to this side of town so I have no choice, this location is closer to me. I wanted to do the survey on the receipt but I lost it so here I am. For context and to give them credit, I do come during lunch and I do understand that the service will be slower due to the higher volume of customer, I’m ok with that. What I’m not ok with is when you clearly have a full house of employees (I counted 5/6 on both days I went) and the line STILL doesn’t move! I usually always go to the window because service will be faster, the first day, my order was taken by a Hispanic woman, very polite and as expected in and out, faster than some people in the drive thru. On Friday though, it was a different story, I got off to attempt to place my order, there was a lady at the window handling the cars at the drive thru, I made eye contact with an older gentleman who completely ignored me, the lady at the window politely smiled and gestured she would be with me in a bit, ok, fine, I waited, 5 or so minutes later no one came and so I decided to get in my car and get in line, it was super hot outside. I got to the speaker and the lady took my order without issue, the line seemed to not move, finally after 30 or so minutes (this is from the moment I first arrived to the moment I went to get in line with my car to when I finally got to the window) I asked her what was taking long, she simply explained that it gets chaotic during the lunch rush, I asked her how that was possible if when I first arrived I saw a lot of employees and it defeated the purpose of having so many people staffed if it was going to take 30 minutes for me to get my drink. She smiled and apologized and suggested she would let the manager know. After being there for an additional 5 minutes (so that makes it 35/40 minutes now) I finally got my order. It was a small smoothie and my bowl, I was finally able to leave which left me with 15 minutes to enjoy my meal before returning to work. I asked the lady for her name but I can’t remember, she was a Hispanic lady but not the same one who had taken my order the preview day. Anyways if you guys are going to staff 5 people for the busiest day of your week make sure that they are actually working and the line is actually moving, if I’m going to make the effort to walk up to the window in this heat to place an order I sure as hell expect for my order to be taken. Do better, and have have a backup solution as well because I asked the lady why my order was not taken when I got there at the window and she replied that she usually is at the window in the drive thru and it’s hard for her to step away to help with the customers who walk up, she seemed apologetic and I understand that it was during lunch but everyone there made eye contact with me at one point while I stood there and they all decided to not help...

The girl told me I'm wrong because she followed the recipe and theres no almonds in the pineapple spinach power meal. After she argued with me for no reason, I told her that I wanted a refund. she said she would remake it instead!! I'm usually nice, but If I drive all the way back there I want a refund! I guess in her head it's my fault because I didn't taste it at the window?? Wth?? Or Maybe because I was flirty with one of the guys at the window one day? but that's no reason to be so childish. Read moreNot gonna lie man I've come here plenty of times just to give the place the benefit of the doubt but hell nah. Im hoping/ pretty damn sure it's just the ingredients not being good instead of the actual workers. But everytime I get an angel food it never tastes the same here let alone how it's actually supposed to compared to plenty other locations. Just hate to travel a bit further for the sake of not asking my smoothie be remade just for it to taste slightly different but still not how it should.
