Starbucks — Restaurant in Houston

Honestly, If I can give this Starbucks location a zero star I would gladly do it because I went there this afternoon to get a mocha cookie crumble frappuccino sub with white mocha instead of the regular mocha and a butter croissant. So after I got my croissant, I got my Frappuccino, but mind you it’s been a while since I’ve been at Starbucks so I forgot to tell the lady could i get it crème based because I forgot it’s going to be coffee based, but I was ok with the coffee base so I didn’t say nothing. So when I looked at my drink, I thought it had mocha in it and then this lady that was making my drink was yelling at me I don’t know her name but, she was having an aggressive tone with me. So then the other barista at the register told me nicely that it was made of coffee base and then I understood. So after she explained that to me, the barista that was making my drink rolled her eyes at me and had a nasty attitude. I was professional the whole time I wasn’t sassy or nothing. I needed a place to sit and get some work done. When I searched Google Maps for a Starbucks close by, I didn’t realize this was inside the hotel. I decided to go in anyway. I have a lot of fond memories in this hotel. I’m a professional musician and I used to play a LOT of gigs here when it was Wyndham. Back in the 90s. So it was nice to sit in the lobby, drinking a coffee and basking in the fond memories. Not sure how the hotel management feels about people coming in for coffee if they are not guests of the hotel, but they were very friendly to me while...

They are the best! Bianca, Margarita and the new girl (i don’t know her name :) ) always have smile on their face, friendly and they always made my day before start working. I have starbucks right next to my house but i go there cause they make my coffee ON POINT all the time! Hard working woman and great attitude. Best starbucks location ever because of them.
