Starbucks — Restaurant in Houston

I ordered ahead on the Starbucks app and when I went to check if my order was ready (since the screen showed “done”), the barista was very rude. She told me that “done” only applies to drinks, not food, and spoke with an attitude that made the whole experience unpleasant. She also said I’d still have to wait for everyone else’s orders to be completed, which makes no sense since I ordered online ahead of time specifically to avoid waiting longer. The customer service here was unprofessional and frustrating. I’m never coming back to this...

Can’t wait to see what this location will be like, very convenient placing, close by my job and it’s making use of an already existing building can’t wait! This is my favorite Starbucks! The baristas are always kind and helpful. My drinks always taste as good as they should (in some other Starbucks locations, the flavor isn’t the same). Vee is the best! She’s really nice, and she made my day when she tried to speak Spanish with my friends and me. We loved her!
