I received the worst service today. I placed a mobile order on the subway app to pick up inside this location (7800 Longpoint), and received notifications that my account was charge and the order was processing. Once the app stated that my order was ready, I arrived to the restaurant and was told my order was not ready/received. I showed the employees (a young girl with a short boy cut, a young male, and an older heavy-set women [whom could not speak English]) the order that was processed and "ready" on the app as well as the charge that came from out of my account. However, they told me that there was nothing that they could do even after showing proof that I placed the order to pick up at this location (showed proof of address) and the money was taken. They continued to make sandwiches for several other people instead of making an effort to assist me. I then asked for the manager's number and they refused to give it to me and said that they could not give it to me. I asked them to call on their phone to speak with the manager to have my issue resolved. It is basic customer service to take care of a customer with an issue that could have easily been resolved by making my sandwich or giving me a gift card with the amount they charged me. They made me wait 20-30 minutes before even addressing my issue. I read online that the manager is Maria Nava, and I will do everything in my power to get in touch with her or whomever the manager is because this is unacceptable. I politely asked if I could have more tuna.. referring to the obvious gap on the bread..... She said "Sure" without further communication.... I stood by waiting for them to replenish the empty pepper jack cheese Holder and thought I would get ahead of things by suggesting that they replenish the cucumbers..... All finished... Cheese and cucumbers properly installed.... An upcharge of $1.50 to put the appropriate amount of Tuna on a 12" Sub.... Without ever discussing an imminent upcharge for common sense 🥺 WTH is wrong with you Subway??? A chain who's obviously off...
